  1. Samsung NP-N130 Audio Help

    Got the audio working: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...198055&hl=#
  2. OMG! Thanks for all your help! So I've installed the following: azalia Full Sound 10.5.7 HDAEnabler VoodooHDA Xcode 321 I'm not sure if not all helped but I now how FULL working sound! Speakers, and headphone jack.
  3. I haven't test ethernet, so I couldn't tell you if it's working or not... My bet is not. Awesome, thanks so much I'll try this when I get home. BTW, what OS are you running? 10.5 or 10.6?
  4. Samsung NP-N130 Audio Help

I do not have built in internet working, I'm currently using a USB card for Internet. I'm looking to buy a replacement WiFi card, when I find a compatible card I'll let you know.
  5. Black Screen Wake Problem

Having the same problem on my Samsung N130. I have to pull the battery, everytime...
  6. 10.6.2 Worked on my Atom! /back pat teateam
  7. Realtek 8168/8111 solution

I've seen that, no answers there...
  8. Won't Wake From Sleep

So does 10.5 not have this problem?
  9. I can't find support for my OEM NIC (Realtek RTL8192E) so what do you guys suggest as the "most" compatible NIC for a netbook? It's a "half" slot so it has to be one of the square cards. Any advice would be great. I guess I really don't need 802.11N but it is preferred, obviously.
  10. Realtek 8168/8111 solution

Any support for the Realtek RTL8192E? It's a B/G/N card that came in my Samsung N130.
  11. So I've got OSX 10.6.2 running on my Samsung netbook and one of the big problems with it is that when I shut the lid it never wakes up. I literally have to pull the battery out and restart the computer. Is this a common problem? Is there a fix/work-around?
  12. Samsung NP-N130 Audio Help

So I've hackintoshed my N130 and I've updated it to 10.6.2 with no problems but I can still not get the audio to work. So far I've tried the AzaliaAudio.pkg and the voodooHDA.kext. With azalia a device showed up in sys prefs but I still had no sound either from speakers or headphone jack. Any help would be great even in just determining what sound device I have, I believe it's a Realtek HDA (that's what Windows says) but I can't figure out what the model number is... Everything is working perfect but the audio and it's driving me nuts, please help.
  13. So I installed the voodooHDA driver with no luck...
  14. So while messing with the audio I destroyed my hackintosh, it didn't even boot. So I reinstalled OSX and I'm updated to 10.6.2. I have done nothing to audio at this point, so now what steps should I take? Do I need to install the Apple Developer Tools? Where can I get them?
  15. So I've got 10.6.2 installed and running great on my new Samsung NP-N130 netbook. The only two things that don't work currently is the audio and WiFi. I've bought a Dell Wireless 1500 so that I can get WiFi working but sound has been a huge problem so far. I downloaded the AzaliaAudio.pkg and then an audio card was detected but no sound came out either through speakers or headphone jack. I feel like that main problem is that I can't figure out the model/version/brand of my audio card everytime I look up the specs of my computer on the web it just states that it has "HD audio"... Using Windows it says I have a 'Realtek High Definition Audio' but in OSX using OSX86Tools it states, "Intel Corp 82801G (ICH7 Family High Definition Audio Controller 808627d8 [rev 02]) Please any help in getting my audio working would be awesome, in the mean time, I'll keep digging. OMG! Thanks for all your help! So I've installed the following: azalia Full Sound 10.5.7 HDAEnabler VoodooHDA Xcode 321 I'm not sure if not all helped but I now how FULL working sound! Speakers, and headphone jack.
