I used the MemTest and it returned all my ram passed then when I used these flags, it would boot successfully. So what can I do so I don't have to put in those flags every time?

  4. Upgrading Ram

For the Holidays I got 4 GB of ram, and tried to install in my P55 i5 Hackintosh however, after installing it I turn the computer on, says I have 8 GB but won't let me boot into OSX 10.6.2, it goes to the loading screen the shuts off instantly Then once I take out the extra 4 GB, I can boot into OSX. Anyone know whats the problem? Just made this topic, and realize wrong forum. Sorry if a mod could move this thanks?
  5. boot error

Hello, well I had a perfectly good running Hackintosh and I went to edit the graphics card and ended up messing everything up so I knew that was going to happen and backed up my entire OSX hardrive with Carbon Copy Cloner, and once everything messed up restored my hardrive to the .dmg Now when I try and boot from anything, USB, Hard drive, CD I get: boot0: GPT boot0: testing boot0: testing boot0: error and I can't get into anything, so I can't even follow the tutorial on making my hardrive active. Any advice?
