hi you need duallink injection via dsdt. search it on this forum. insert duallink method togather with x3100 injections.
  2. Mobility Radeon Support

Do you think lower end 3xxx serials will be supported?
  3. ASUS 1001HA Simple Guide (Everything is working)

Hi We probably have to modify the USB section to be more native as well as the PCI ones:) Inject the right device into our DSDT. I will try later this week. Yes, the BT module will be the Asus that is inside of most of the netbooks and laptops. Will let you know how that goes when my module arrives. Ordered it from China. Some report the module works fine, but some claim functionality is not as good as it should. Just curious about one thing, I have a X61s which i am trying to put OSX in it. Everything is working fine, but the speedsteps. it acts really weired, probably because the C2D L7500 is not well supported by Mac. Although Cstates works fine, Pstates seems to have problem. I noticed there are only 3 states, and it should be 4 or 6 for C2D. The power states were dumped from linux and inserted in DSDT, but still no matter which Mac model i choose it just remain the same. Frequency and voltage is not right either. Maybe because of bad recognition of L7500, I have Wrong FSB, Bus . Edit: I injected PCI and USB to DSDT. PCI shows thing. But USB still does not act as it should, in fact it became worse. It does not reconnect after it resumes from sleep

I think i m going to purchase a SSD, and install a bluetooth. Just a small issue that i m having here. Can you check if your eee behaves the same? A message shows that USB drive is not properly disconnected after wake up from sleep. Any idea how to fix it?
  5. ati mobility radeon 5650

DSDT is one way, but we need real macs's. There is a solution however does not seem to apply everyone. Use Kably's bootloader, and load the FB by parameter, I do not know which one is for 5730, but u can try them out <key>GraphicsEnabler</key> <string>Yes</string> <key>AtiConfig</key> <string>Nomascus</string>
  6. ASUS 1001HA Simple Guide (Everything is working)

Ye , it is not a big deal. BTW do you have any experience with SSD? performance and power consumption wise? I m thinking to upgrade to SSD.

This package does not work for me. I think i will need compiled files to manual install
  11. ASUS 1001HA Simple Guide (Everything is working)

Thanks for the reply anyway. I do not think we need super IO plugin. The plug-in i want to use is ACPIMonitor. On my Thinkpadx61s, I got all the readings by followinghttp://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=91141&sid=a1a40bf536de82790070f5de7126708a. I didnt have to install superio since it is not supported. I checked the code for Icontollmyeee in DSDT, there are some sensor readings as well. So maybe we can start from there, I will check linux source. Plus I m just wondering that have u had any mouse failure? like mouse just malfunctioning suddently, and it must reboot. I just checked Device EC, there are some TMP inside, i m gonna try a few of them to see if i could get any reading Edit: U r right. Our eee only have Cpu temp sensor, No ambient, memory etc. why do they put TM00-TM09 offset 71 under EC. HEY BMKX Another favor that i gotta ask u. Can you please complie the latest Meklort chameleon loader? I do not have XCODE, and our netbook gonna take too long to install. Thanks
  12. ASUS 1001HA Simple Guide (Everything is working)

Hey BMKX I need some help with Acpi monitor so that more sensor can be shown. I do not know how to find these sensors in ACPI table. It will be nice if you can check it out on ur DSDT? Device (SMCD) { Name (_HID, "monitor") Method ("SMC0", 0, NotSerialized) { Store (_SB.P0P1.SBRG.EC0."Sensors", Local0) Return (Local0) } The sensors should be the name under EC, and SMC0 should be the name of the sensor according to FakeSMC. Thanks

I am running a small business selling second hand computers and parts. So there are cheap ones now and then. I just thought that Thinkpad is durable machine and they really hold its value. Not many mac machines in the second hand market. here is a dell mini here, i installed snowleopard on it, but screen does not show up. did not go further with it. I used to own a Macbook, but got stolen! So thats how i entered the hackintosh world! May i ask where you live?
  14. ASUS 1001HA Simple Guide (Everything is working)

Lol! i guess we have a very nice netbook then! I m pretty satisfied with the outcome! It was nice meeting you here and thanks a lot for your nice work. Hopefully we do not have to work on anything else! However I would like to get more advice from you later! I m thinking to work on a Thinkpad t61p later. or a desktop?
  15. ASUS 1001HA Simple Guide (Everything is working)

Good for you! It is impossible for me to manage remaping keys by moding kext, too much coding! lol. Well, the key next to Z does not get recognized since there is no such a key on Mac keyboard. But on my Norwegian layout it is as the symbol "more" and "less" with Shift. Here is another source of AppleBattt Kext which is reworked by the King on Hp311 project, he says it is cleaner and more accurate.Check it out. Maybe works better with our Eee Will try the script now. Thanks Edit: Btw, do you have the delete key that fucntions as deleting? this does not work for me. Edit 2: Script works well with the new function entry, as well as the Battery kext. Great work!!Thumb up!! AppleACPIBatteryManager.zip
