  3. Sorry , I don't have any tips......never seen kind of errors like that. How about reinstalling 10.9.X on your hard drive ? Well I just followed the link you posted here http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/257950-guide-dell-xps-15-l502x-early-2011-snow-leopard-install-possibly-l702x-too/?p=2051639 I installed 10.9 and updated to 10.10 using the installer in Mac App Store Some problems met during the process, finally got the OS running on L502X Sorry for replying so late........
  4. Well Now 10.10 can be installed on L502X and everything works perfect except sleeping and touchpad~ L502X i5 2450m 1029*1080 16G RAM
  5. Hi I installed 1.2.4 driver in my Laptop, and then I plug in USB 3.0 external hard-drive ,and I got a kernl-panic But an USB 3.0 portable drive is OK So how can I get USB 3.0 external hard-drive work? Thanks OS: ML 10.8.4 NoteBook Dell L502X Chip Renesas Here is something I get from xhcdump xhcdump.zip
  6. Problem solved..... thanks...... Sorry for my foolish and rudeness.......
  7. I have this issue as well. http://www.idelta.info/archives/nvram_on_hackintosh/ this blog help me a bit When I have a nvram.plist at the / , Machine can get the brightness ... the question is when I del /nvram.plist & add "nvram -x -p >nvram.plist " at the end of rc.shutdown.local,machine rebooted and I didn't find nvram.plist at the /. So I think that the script (rc.shutdown.local & rc.local)seem not run when the OS shutdown.... PS: have tried "chown them to root user" =========================== Edit: Reinstall the Clover using the pkg, have solved the problem don't know why
  8. I experienced one time yesterday Clover version:1928 Finally installed clover on L502X used unlocked BIOS: problems i met before were caused by the drivers in EFI\CLOVER\drivers64UEFI folder I figure something like these: EmuVariableUefi-64 was needed if you have Win8 installed on your notebook, without it Win8 can't boot OsxAptioFixDrv-64 was needed at least on my laptop, without a five-country screen will appear, and if you boot with "-v" an error called " AppleACPIPlatform " will appear FSInject-64.efi was needed
  9. @Doix Does L502X support Clover UEFI boot? I changed my disk into gpt And I install 10.9 DP1 on it Then I installed Clovet on the EFI partition But when I reboot the machine It wouldn't boot There is only a cursor on the up left corner of the screen So does that means machine doesn't support Clover boot? Or I made something wrong with the installation ? Thanks
  10. Does everybody's laptop sleep well with the 1.4 package? Mine can't sleep When I use the InterCPUPowermanagent.kext from package It still got a kernel panic Mine CPU is i5 2450m
  11. Well Guys I think I find something exciting or maybe someone else has already fount it? Here Someone with a Acer 4750G has made GT540m work on Lion 10.7.3 http://www.osx86.net/view/2517-gt_540m_worked_on_acer_4750g.html maybe We can have a try?
  12. In fact I don't know whether the subwoofer works or not... but I'm sure that there is no "heavy" bass issue.... Attachment is the modified AppleHDA and except that in DSDT after Device (HDEF) add Method and the code is below you can have a try Method (_DSM, 4, NotSerialized) { Store (Package (0x0C) { "device-id", Buffer (0x04) { 0x65, 0x06, 0xEC, 0x10 }, "built-in", Buffer (One) { 0x00 }, "layout-id", Buffer (0x04) { 0x99, 0x02, 0x00, 0x00 }, "model", Buffer (0x07) { "alc665" }, "PinConfigurations", Buffer (Zero) {}, "hda-gfx", Buffer (0x0A) { "onboard-1" } }, Local0) DTGP (Arg0, Arg1, Arg2, Arg3, RefOf (Local0)) Return (Local0) } AppleHDA.kext.zip
  13. Yep and I can see the change of the frequency Well i have a same Bluetooth chip from Lenovo...... Here is my DSDT dsdt.aml.zip
