I started adding options to my patched DSDT that are present in imac with original card and missing in mine, and discovered why i got black screen with mouse visible and backlight.
I must have all 4 connectors inside @0..3, if i put only @3 (where my display is connected) i get black screen.
This is currently in my DSDT under GFX0:
    Method (_DSM, 4, NotSerialized) // _DSM: Device-Specific Method { If (LEqual (Arg0, ToUUID ("a0b5b7c6-1318-441c-b0c9-fe695eaf949b"))) { If (LNotEqual (And (VID0, 0xFFFF), 0xFFFF)) { Store (Package (0x28) { "AAPL,backlight-control", Buffer (0x04) { 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 }, "AAPL01,blackscreen-preferences", Buffer (0x04) { 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x08 }, "AAPL00,inverterFrequency", Buffer (0x04) { 0x08, 0x52, 0x00, 0x00 }, "AAPL,aux-power-connected", Buffer (0x04) { 0x01, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 }, "bksv", Buffer (0x04) { 0x9F, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 }, "subsystem-id", Buffer (0x04) { 0xB5, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 }, "subsystem-vendor-id", Buffer (0x04) { 0x6B, 0x10, 0x00, 0x00 }, "@0,display-connect-flags", Buffer (0x04) { 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 }, "@1,display-connect-flags", Buffer (0x04) { 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 }, "@2,display-connect-flags", Buffer (0x04) { 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 }, "@3,display-connect-flags", Buffer (0x04) { 0x04, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 }, "@3,display-inverter", Buffer (0x04) { 0x02, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 }, "@3,AAPL,boot-display", Buffer (0x04) { 0x01, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 }, "@3,display-dither-support", Buffer (0x04) { 0x01, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 }, "@3,backlight-PWM-freq", Buffer (0x04) { 0x08, 0x52, 0x00, 0x00 }, "@3,display-inverter-default-cycle", Buffer (One) { 0xB7 }, "@3,NVDA,ActiveFlags", 0x0100, "@3,NVDA,ControlFlags", 0x0100, "@3,inverter-current", Buffer (0x04) { 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 }, "hda-gfx", Buffer (0x0A) { "onboard-1" } }, Local0) DTGP (Arg0, Arg1, Arg2, Arg3, RefOf (Local0)) Return (Local0) } } No more black screen and dither is enabled which is nice, all options are visible in ioreg and so valid.

    If i add
"@3,built-in", Buffer (Zero) {}  i still get black screen (no mouse and no backlight) and with remote display i see that display is not connected.

What is AGPM gpu-control? This is usualy under @0 but if i add "built-in" option to @3, AGPM connects to @3 and no display...
I would really appreciate little help.

It's a little short to say "you guys are making it so hard..." because you do not understand (yet) what's required, this primarily because you've not (yet) made enough efforts to search, read, experiment, fail, try again, etc.
For instance, with such little effort, you might have found the OSx86 wiki (which also happens to be linked a the bottom of the forum page) which answers some of your questions... You would have also found that those questions about kernel locations date back to Yosemite time -so we're talking 2013/2014- and have long been answered. You could have found places where those kernels are made available and Guides that explain how to install them when missing. Etc.
In other words, you need to learn -yes... learn! Sorry... I know...-, that's a far better experience than getting spoonfed or ask people to serve you on a plate the food you like when you've not even bothered to state what your culinary tastes are. I know it's todays's world disease for one to ask other people to do it all for one but some others hope it can still be cured...
This being said, here's my useful contribution of the day. The tool should allow you to find guides for installing OS X/macOS from Windows (with or without Transmac).
Now, if you want tun run OS X/macOS on 1 simple press of a button and "save you the headaches", you can try this. Success 100% guaranteed.

First I wasn't asking for the update or combo update .dmg files, I was asking for the .dmg file you download from the Apple Dev site for 10.13.5 beta 1.
Secondly, That file does not include the update or combo update, it installs the necessary catalog files that will allow you to download the update directly using the App Store like normal.
Thirdly, I don't care for public beta.

    Really ?
You cannot view/mount/unmount EFI partitions from within the high sierra DU like you could with the old one (with Debug enabled).
Plus, the new DU has terrible user interface compared to the older one for changing partitions.

    Hello,
    Patch NVIDIA HDMI 10.13.4
    In clover
find "de 10 0b 0e" -> Find HDMI id as close as mine. you can take a look in AppleHDAController -> maybe not necessary.
    Name com.apple.driver.AppleHDAController
    replace "de 10 0f 0e"   -> 0f 0e is my HDAU id.
    Works.
Edit: Also works with AppleALC Dev needs to replace on the fly with HDAU id found in devtree.

joe75 reacted to d5aqoep in Aquantia 10 Gb Ethernet support thread (10.13.2 upwards)
Starting with macOS High Sierra 10.13.2 there is native support for Aquantia AQtion AQC-107s based 10GbE network cards.
Only the cards having AQC-107s chipset work natively because even iMac Pro has the same exact chipset. Others like AQC-107, AQN-107, AQC-108, etc require a kext patch. Performance is identical between them all.

ASUS XG-C100C (Needs kext patch but does not support WOL if you want it)
    https://www.asus.com/Networking/XG-C100C/

Sonnet Presto Solo 10GBASE-T (Works without kext patch but may have reliability issues as per amazon reviews)
    https://www.amazon.com/Sonnet-10GBASE-T-Ethernet-Thunderbolt-Compatible/dp/B07CLGPP4X/

There are other cards from Synology and Qnap which should technically work with the kext patch. There are unconfirmed reports of Synology 10 Gbe card having native support.
I have the Syba 10 Gbe card and while it worked out of the box without any patch, it's Wake on LAN (WOL) function has become unreliable after 1 year of use. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. So I have switched over to standard Aquantia Action AQN-107 card which is working flawlessly but with a kext patch I have mentioned below. The patch is also working on latest version of macOS Catalina 10.15.0
