There's a strange thing going on. Computer stalls, no disk activity and If I click on anything the spinning beach ball appear. I could not find anything strange in console. And it happened 2 times already, only reset helped.

    Need help with Intel D525MW

    So I managed to boot it up without DSDT. Used this kexts. I'm sure not all of them are needed, but I had no time to test. AHCI_3rdParty_SATA.kext AppleRTC.kext EvOreboot.kext FakeSMC.kext IntelCPUMonitor.kext IONetworkingFamily.kext IOUSBFamily.kext IOUSBMassStorageClass.kext JMicron36xATA.kext NullCPUPowerManagement.kext RealtekRTL81xx.kext SleepEnabler.kext VoodooHDA.kext here is org.chameleon.Boot.plist <key>Kernel</key> <string>bt(0,2)/Extra/kernels/mach_kernel_dp4_atom_apic</string> <key>Kernel Flags</key> <string>arch=i386 -v npci=0x2000</string> <key>SMBIOS</key> <string>bt(0,2)/Extra/smbios.plist</string> <key>Timeout</key> <string>1</string> <key>Wait</key> <string>no</string> <key>Graphics Mode</key> <string>1280x800x32</string> <key>SMBIOSdefaults</key> <string>no</string> <key>GUI</key> <string>no</string> <key>Legacy Logo</key> <string>yes</string> <key>Theme</key> <string>Default</string> <key>Quiet Boot</key> <string>yes</string> <key>Boot Banner</key> <string>yes</string> <key>GenerateCStates</key> <string>yes</string> <key>GeneratePStates</key> <string>yes</string> <key>EthernetBuiltIn</key> <string>yes</string> <key>GraphicsEnabler</key> <string>yes</string> I am having a problem, that It does not boot up if there is no VGA cable attached. Anyone knows how to solve it?
  3. I got an Intel BLKD525MW mother board and want to install OS X Lion, following the nozyczek jetway-nc98-525e-lf guide. I managed to install it with no DSDT, but cannot boot it, I get SMBUS errors. As I understand it is a DSDT problem. I have no experience in DSDT patching and etc. and am lacking time for learning it. So I was looking if maybe someone might help me with it. Here are some info about motherboard: Intel dual core Atom D525 1.8Ghz CPU, with intel hyper threading. 4 virtual cores, thou I think theres nothing good of them when CPU is so slow I will try to disable it and test the performance to find the difference. Integrated Intel GPU Intel NM10 Express Chipset ALC662 high definition audio codec, with only stereo output on the back. Realtek 8111E Gigabit Ethernet Controller And some info about computer: Intel D525MW motherboard Intel D525 Atom CPU 1x2GB DDR3 1333 SODIMM 1x1TB Hitachi sata HDD. It will be a home server. So all I need is it to boot up and work properly. Theres no need for graphics acceleration and sleep (thou it would be nice if it worked too). I attached DSDT.aml that I extracted with help of ubuntu live cd. Will be very grateful if someone will help me. dsdt.aml.zip
  4. Hi, I am having problems with USB devices on my GA-Z68XP-UD3 motherboard. I could not find solution, but I found what I think is a problem with all Z68 motherboards. Symptoms of the problem: After waking up, need to wait couple second for devices to start working. Often the device, with which computer was woken up, need to be reconnected manually, for it to work. After waking up there are errors in console similar to this: kernel: 0 AppleUSBCDC: start - initDevice failed kernel: USBF: The IOUSBFamily was not able to enumerate a device. kernel: USBF: The IOUSBFamily is having trouble enumerating a USB device that has been plugged in. It will keep retrying. kernel: E:[AppleUSBBluetoothHCIController][interruptReadHandler] Received kIOUSBHighSpeedSplitError error - retrying [*]In System Preferences, keyboard modifiers keys settings, you see duplicated keyboards. Like in this screenshot: Please do some testing and review all the symptoms. After that answer the poll question. Also please post your hackintosh configuration (motherbaord name, bios version, boot loader, any special settings in boot.plist or bios, used kexts). Any contribution is appreciated.

No USB after sleep Lion z68xp-ud3 F8

Thank you for reply. So your USB devices are still being reconnected after wake up? Are you getting any errors on console like: kernel: USBF: 395.920 [0xffffff8015543000] The IOUSBFamily is having trouble enumerating a USB device that has been plugged in. It will keep retrying. kernel: 0 0 AppleUSBCDC: start - initDevice failed
  6. Thank you. Anyone knows how to fix the USB problem. It looks like this is with all Z68 motherboard. USB hubs and devices are disconnected after waking up from sleep. Some of devices reconnect on their own, but some needs to be reconnected manually.

No USB after sleep Lion z68xp-ud3 F8

So did you fix it? I don't speak Dutch, but it looked like you solved the problem :\.
  8. Hello, I just made myself a new computer. i7 2600k, GA-Z68-UD3, 2 x 4 GB RAM and 570GTX from other computer. And installed OS X, everything works fine except couple problems, that I cannot fix and hope you guys will help me. First, computer doesn't go to sleep on it's own Somehow it started working ok. Second, if I put computer to sleep manually and wake it up with some USB device (for example a keyboard). Then that device stops working and I need to reconnect it. Third, after booting to OS X and back to Windows computer clock is set 2 hours backwards. Also after sleep I get this errors spamming the console This one stops after reconnecting usb device that wake the computer up. kernel: E:[AppleUSBBluetoothHCIController][interruptReadHandler] Received kIOUSBHighSpeedSplitError error - retrying: 288. This one never stops. Only after reboot. kernel: FireWire GUID ffffffffffffffff is invalid! Edit1: Auto sleep is working.
  9. I'm having the same problem as many people, cannot authenticate. I use iCloud on my macbook and iphone, and it frustrates me that I cannot use it on my hackintosh Could you post your information about Hackintosh install? SMbios, boot.plist (I can see your boot.plist above), what kext do you use and maybe DSDT?
  10. Are here anyone with GA-EP45-UD3P motherboard that has iCloud is working?
  11. Hey mate, could you post your smbios and what kexts you use? I have almost the same configuration, except my VGA is GTS250. iCloud is not working for me.

    10.7.2 iCloud problems

So I updated to newest Chameleon v1652 (i think). But iCloud still not working. Any suggestions what else can be wrong? Maybe it's smbios? What mac model i should choose for socket 775 Core 2 Quad Q9550? Maybe it's because no macs where made with Core 2 Quad CPUs? Could anyone, with Q9550 or any other Core 2 Quad CPU, confirm that iCloud is working for them? And post their smbios?

    10.7.2 iCloud problems

I thought r1627 is the newest version. Or is there newer?
  15. Hi there, so after updating to 10.7.2, iCloud is not working. I get that annoying error "This Apple ID is valid but is not an iCloud account." and "com.apple.systempreferences: completed. (AOSErrorDomain error 1000.)" in console. I did all the things that I found. Updated my boot loader to "1627VS with iCloud and FaceTime fix". Generated smbios with "Champlist". Set it to Mac Pro 3.1 with according Xeon E5462 setting, because I got Q9550 CPU. Deleted all network configs and made sure that lan is en0. App Store is working with no problems. Even formatted my ssd and reinstalled OS X again (10.7.2) from App Store. Please help me, I'm banging my head up a desk here. iCloud is working perfectly on my macbook and iPhone. And was working on hackintosh with 10.7.2 beta (I'm developer). Here is my hack specs: MB: GA-EP45-UD3P with F9 BIOS CPU: Indel Core2 Q9550 RAM: 4x2GB DDR2 800 VGA: Nvidia MSI GTS 250 512MB Storage: 120GB Intel 320 SSD as boot drive. 1TB Hitachi HDD for storage. 160GB SATA HDD for Windows/Backup Boot.
