    hi vit9696 and download-fritz,

attached my logs achieved during testing all my MMIO exposed area.
I am doing this to understand why my Nvidia web driver is not loaded but it seems not related (I have had it working, and I do not know why it was..but after a cmos reset I can't have it working again)

I have posted my logs hoping it could be useful for you in open core development (and maybe to have a bit support in AMD   I know your point about this..but now it is working also this platform with your boot loader )

    however:
MMIO devirt 0xFEE00000 hangs booting in a pic begin stage, but no information in log (imho)

a combination of these 4 area:

    MMIO devirt 0x4040000000
    MMIO devirt 0x8BB0000000
    MMIO devirt 0x8BE0000000
    MMIO devirt 0xD750000000

produce the old message on TRX40 system of mem allocation error or an instant reboot
when men allocation error come in log I have this:

    27:735 00:026 OCSMC: SmcReadValue Key 4D535463 Size 1
    27:747 00:011 OCSMC: SmcReadValue Key 4D534163 Size 2
    37:763 10:015 OC: Boot failed - Aborted
    37:777 00:013 OCB: StartImage failed - Aborted

    otherwise always:
    22:784 00:027 OCSMC: SmcReadValue Key 4D535463 Size 1
    22:803 00:018 OCSMC: SmcReadValue Key 4D534163 Size 2

    my question are:
Are useful to analyse these data or I miss something else?
then..how to understand why Nvidia kext are not loaded and where I miss them from loading?
    thank you

    No you weren't lucky
Performance is worst only in some tests or games (much worst) but this is an old problem of Vanilla method for now unresolved
Pro app like BlackMAgic DaVinci or Premiere pro or rendering softwares (patched) work pretty the same
Cinebench15 (GPU part) and Firestrike or similar benchmark are worst
It is a great step forward to have both method working now in TRX40 system

    Hi to all
finally we have the chance to boot TRX40 system using Opencore 060 and latest AMD vanilla patches
DevirtualizeMMIO is on and now system boots fine (with any OSX)

It seems we miss NVRAM  and Nvidia kext are not loaded fine, also SIP could be a problem

Could it be related to the use of DevirtualizeMMIO quirk?

How to debug this last problem?
    thank you in advance

maybe now is it possible to have more than 64 cores?
Or Apple changed its name for cores limit...

If they do then 64 Core Threadripper or Dual Xeon Platinums will bury any MacPro.

So let me be crystal clear about it in my turn... I perfectly know about AppleLife forum and its community. Most of the time, if not all of the time, they are the first in terms of work/research about hackintosh dealing but that is only my opinion. And they have all my respect for this.
One of these wonderful people is Slice (just an example) and he's also a member of our forum staff.
The IM forum has always supported the developers and we continue to do so, because they are at the heart of our community and without them, honestly, there would be no hackintosh.
Now, it is that meaning that we could do everything and anything? That we are not concerning by the forum rules? Of course we are. The forum rules are for everyone.
The link I removed has nothing to do with AppleLife forum itself but more with the links to modified dmgs that we do not allow (as explained in my previous post) . And if you disagree with this forum rule, please contact an administrator.
Now if you wish to cease all kind of interaction with IM community, it is on your own, everyone is free to stay or go. But if it's a kind of threat, as some people did before, just know that it has no effect on me.
If you think I said or did something that personally offended you, then I will invite you to contact me via PM and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

    Guys,
There is no point in posting your "real macs" installation of the macOS Big Sur in hackintosh section.
I understand that everyone is waiting to be able to test it, as each year.   But if you really insist on doing so, we have a section for real macs here.

    What is going on?

Well... the truth is that there're no more people logistically capable of maintaining the site. The current owner (Fubra) only uses this site to generate revenue (traffic and ads), they do not even care about updating the current forum software version (IPS V4.3.6) while the latest software version is V4.4.10 that includes a tons of security updates and improvements, so I let you to imagine what does that mean.

Before there was Poco doing a huge job for over a decade by maintaining this mastodon but didn't hear from him since a long time. I just hope he's alright, especially with Covid-19 sanitary situation.

All I can to say is that I entirely share your sentiments. I just hope that things get better but only the future will tell us.
