  1. ATI Radeon HD pkg installers 10.5.x & 10.6

You must mean the 5 threads when you type in "ati radeon mobility 3410" when you say countless. Of the 5, one is mine, two aren't in English, and the others refer to the number 3410 and ati radeon. It's because of this lack of information, I posted it in the first place. You need to stop hunting down people and screaming at them for not know the ATI mobility information. You have spent half of you posts doing that man...get a life. Now, if anyone hears of this info coming out, let me know. Apparently I'm not the only one waiting for the mobility support.
  2. I really like it. The price just keeps dropping and dropping on it. Great portability, beautiful screen, good sound and graphics. Its what I was expecting in a AMD mobile unit. Apparently its going to be a while to get the graphics card support on OSX, if ever, on my hackintosh project. Of course, I'm doing this just for the fun of it, not to actually become a full mac user.
  3. ATI Radeon HD pkg installers 10.5.x & 10.6

any chance we are going to see a kext for ATi Radeon Mobility 3410 series. I just got an HP DV2 and have the 512 mb mobility HD graphics card on it. Just curious...
  4. I am new to the OSx86 project scene and have gotten great help up to this point. So far, I used the 10.5.2 Kalyway AMD install. I have the system up and running, but have no sound, poor video, no wifi or ethernet support. I have tried googling these specs individually, but I can't seem to make any headway. Can anyone point me in the right direction. here are my specs. Processor: AMD Athlon Neo x2 Dual Core Motherboard: Flextronics model 3055 is what CPU-Z lists it as RAM: 4 gb Video Adapter: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3400 series (512mb-listed as x3410) Audio Adapter: High Definition Audio Controller (is this intel?) Network Wifi: Broadcom 802.11b/g WLAN LAN: Realtek RTL8102E/8103E Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet NIC (NIC 6.0) Keyboard works fine, mouse works fine, usb ports and cd drive works fine. I also downloaded the Kext Helper b7 application to help out when I find the kext. Thanks for all your help and questions to get my OSX all set up.
  5. nevermind...Easy BCD did the trick! Now if I knew where to find those darn HP Pavilion DV2z drivers...any help there?
  6. First off I am new to this stuff....but here it goes. I have two active drives on my computer right now and want to only have one *the Darwin/OSX partition) so I can choose which OS I want to boot into. 1. I started with only windows 7 2. Made a partition to install OSX on 3. Installation successful able to dual boot Windows 7 and OS X (it would boot straight into Darwin/OS X as active drive through Darwin Boot Loader if I didn't press anything). 4. I went into Disk Management and made my Windows 7 drive active (thinking that I would boot into that first and then give me a choice). It will only boot into Windows 7 without giving me a choice in Darwin like it did before. SO, how do I make only my OSX partition active? Right now it only boots into Windows 7 Can I use something like Easy BCD? Let me know if there are any questions...thanks
