  7. Noob Question Here

I have no issues setting it up on my Virtual Box. I am trying to get it so I can turn my laptop into a Hackintosh. I can download the installer for Yosemite however I am not sure how to create a USB boot device. 0000-1248 said he could get me going so I am hoping he can.
  8. Noob Question Here

  9. Noob Question Here

I took it upon myself to try and make a Hackintosh from my old i3 Gateway laptop. I have downloaded iATKOS_S3_version2 from the usual sources and tried to boot the DVD on the laptop. It flashes the mac spash screen for about a second then goes into a boot loop. I am assuming at this point I did something wrong and and not sure what. Any assistance would be grand... Thanks
  10. Wanting To Retry On My Gateway with i3 processor

It's got an i3 320GB Hard Drive. I have several other Hard Drives around if that's not good enough and an ISO of OSX Mavericks from when I setup my VMWARE.... So Is it possible?
  11. So I have an older gateway I'd like to turn into a Hackintosh. I was able to successully install it on my VMWare but decided to try it on an older laptop I have lying around. I suppose you all the specs before answering me but I did look on the older OSX86 site and didn't see ANY Gateway's listed. So can one assume that it's not possible? Thanks
  12. So please don't chastise me for being a noob.....I am trying to install this onto VMware however I am getting the following message: I am currently running an Intel Core E4700 @2.80GHz and 3.00 GB of RAM.... Help
