1. Z68P-DS3 & i7-2600

I updated to 10.6.8 and everything is working great... Sleep and all. I guess Sandybridge support in 10.6.8 did the trick. 10.6.7 was kick in the dark, but 10.6.8 solved it... Thanks grega
2. I managed to install Retail 10.6.3 SL. I tried to make it boot after install with #####, MyHack, Chameleon RC5, but computer restarts when Bootloader starts. If I boot with ##### CD and then select to boot from HDD, computer boots. I have done AutoPatcher DSDT.aml which I putted it in Extra folder, but I can not boot other than with ##### CD. My specs are: Motherboard Z68P-DS3 Processor: i7-2600 Graphics: Radeon HD5670 Ram: Kingston 8GB (I tried only with 4GB too) Please give me a hint what am I doing wrong.
3. GA-EP41-UD3L

Hi, I have a problem. When I boot with -x switch, everything works without a problem, but if I try normal mode my computer boots till desktop should appear but then just blinks from light to dark blue. I have GA-EP41-UD3L, Nvidia GT 220, ALC888, 4GB Ram. I used iAtkos v2, system is 10.6.3 I use EFI string and GraphicsEnabler=Yes. Kexts used and loaded for GT 220 are NVDAN50HAL and NVDANRESMAN. If I boot without GraphicsEnabler then it boots normal, but I have only one display and resolution 1024x768. But everything others works... Any idea? What/Which kext does not load with -x? It must be something with kext I suppose? grettings grega
4. GA-EP41-UD3L

Unfortunately I have no dual boot... Its only OSX machine... And CrossOver does not run this program... Do you have any other idea? Is there any generic code for GT 220 or must I get it from my config? I tried with someone's dsdt and it recognized Nvidia 9600... but that did not do the trick, but it showed like there is this card in my computer in system profiler... I just do not get it... With IPIBL I did not used ans dsdt.aml... just NVDAN kexts and grpahicsenabler and it worked... With EP41-UD3L it doe not... Is it a BIOS? cheers grega
5. GA-EP41-UD3L

Hi, I had a great working sys on my HP Pavillion (See my signature). But my motherboard died IPIBL. As I could not get same one, I got GA-EP41-UD3L. I managed to get a running 10.6.3 SL 64 bit. Oly thing I can not get to work again is my Nvidia Gt220. It only runs OK if I boot with -x -v and GraphicsEnabler=Yes. Card is recognized as it should be and everything works (QE, CI), but if I boot normal with GraphicsEnabler=Yes I get OSX to load, but it only flashes dark and bright blue, I can see cursor for a moment, but then it flashes again. I have no other kexts than NVDANV50 and NVDANResman in my S/L/E. If I boot normally without GraphicsEnabler=Yes, then it boots OK, but screen resolution is only 1024x768 and card is not recognized in SysProfiler, but kexts are loaded (Extensions in Systemprofiler) I have some dsdt.aml in Extra folder, but in that DSDT.aml is no PEGP section. As I do not know how to compile or to make right DSDT.aml or similar (I know how to copy, but not to edit) I hope there is someone that could help me... Or give me some easy to read what and why DSDT.aml id for... I have uploaded my DSDT.aml, and I hope there is someone to help... Greetings Grega DSDT.zip
6. Did another reinstal, but first I deleted S/L/E, Extra and frameworks... Reinstalled 10.6.3, used silent natit, and efi injector then when finished it worked. Later I had some user rights issues (user was not admin), which i solved with install disk and utility "Reset password", then I edited com.apple.boot.plist with GraphicsEnabler=yes, deleted natit.kext and now it just works as it was before. QE, CI and everything, with card recognized as GT 220 and 1GB of Ram. huh, now it works , I have to update it to 10.6.4 and quick make a backup of my sys drive cheers grega
7. I have a problem. Funny is that I have 3 similar computers (HP Desktop Pavilion) and it worked as it should, but yesterday one of the stoped at apple logo. I installed Snow 10.6.3 over it and it works in safe mode (-x) flawlessly. If I try normal mode it boots, shows blue desktop and cursor, but then just starts to slowly flash blue desktop color and I can not continue. I can hear Outlook logs in and checks for new mails. As i wrote, if I boot with -x everything works just fine (QE, CI, resolutions, Systemprofiler shows GT 220 with 1GB Ram - RIGHT info), but normal mode it hangs on blue desktop screen) Please help!
8. Nvidia GT 220 HDMI audio problem Help

Hi I have GT 220 as well. I have 2 displays connected to it and they work. But if I connect my TV to HDMI my system freezes. I tried disconnecting both monitors, but HDMI connector still does not work. Then I connected my HDMI to my DVI port with DVI<>HDMI connector and that worked, but no sound is not going trough. I tried this DVI<>HDMI connector and that worked on Win7 with sound. Which KEXTS are you using. Can you send me those GT 220 KEXTS? Cheers Grega
9. Issues with GeForce GT220

Hi, I have full 64 system. My specs are HP Pavilion Elite - m9275.pt with iAtkos S3 10.6.3 - Core 2 Quad 2.83 GHz and GeForce GT 220. Install went great with no extra customization. I had to alter com.apple.boot.plist with GraphicsEnabler to "Yes" (not "YES") and everything just works. Only problem I have is the famous Sleep issue. If I put my system to sleep fan speeds up on my GT 220 and I have to force shut down my system with 5+ secs on my power button. But beside that everything is working great with dual monitors (HDMI does not work - it freezes my system). If any one has any idea how to get sleep to work, please tell. greetings from my Mac pro 3,1 HP Pavilion grega
