  1. BioShock cider… I hope

Sorry I haven't been very 'active' on this. My hard drive is quickly losing space and I needed to move the Bioshock port off onto my External. Now that I've freed up a decent amount of space I can transfer it back and try these suggestions! *fingers crossed*
  2. Oblivion 100% Playble

Well... I swear I've followed the tut to the letter, but I still can't get the bloody thing working. I've put the files in the right place and everything, but I have yet to see Midas Magic shop show up outside of the Mage's Guild. Sorry I have no idea how to take a picture of my folder for ya'll to see. I hope someone can figure it out >.< right I think it has something to do with the version of Oblivion I'm playing on... only problem is I can't seem to update it. It asks me to update everytime I launch it but when I try it says it's missing some files n' can't patch it. The only other patches I've seen were all in .exe files... help?
  3. cider porting issue

I'm pretty sure what's happening is Cider just won't load the startup menu for the game. That error only ever occurred with me when I was trying to run a game that had one of those startup menus. I'm trying to figure out a way to just circumvent it n' see if the game will just launch directly into it. If you know for sure that it's not a main menu thingy then yeah you might be SOL.
  4. BioShock cider… I hope

Right so I installed a copy of BioShock via BootCamp and followed the instructions from the YouTube cider port vid (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w53tt8QJ95w) and tried to launch it to no avail. I searched around here on the forums and didn't see any other BioShock threads so I figured I'd start one. Has anyone else tried this? Has anyone gotten it to work? Or have people discovered that it's a useless effort and have since abandoned the idea? Any info would be greatly appreciated. I'll keep dinkin' around with it and see if I can't get it working. So far the problem is it just won't start; the icon appears in the dock for a split second and leaves again. I'm thinking it has something to do with the startup menu. Any ideas on a workaround? There must be someway to just tell the game to nix the menu and go directly into the game, but I have no idea where to start looking for it. If you need anymore information just give me a yell n' I'll try to supply you with what I know. Thanks! And here's hoping for a working version of BioShock! Right, now I'm stumped. If anyone has any suggestions as far as bypassing the startup menu that'd be super.
