  1. Think you nailed it. Have to do some more testing but reading also this thread, that seems to indeed solve it: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/302296-clover-yosemite-sleephibernate-–-ga-z87x-ud5/ Thx!
  2. I'm experiencing the same issue. Hibernation seem to only occur when there is no user activity for 12 hours or so (?). Clover NeverHibernate didn't prevent the hanging. I had to manually cancel hibernation during boot in clover..
  3. Having the same issue on a Macbook Air running latest Yosimite build (GM3). Network has an Airport Extreme and an AppleTV, both acting as sleep proxies. Hack running 10.9.5 doesn't have the issue so maybe a 10.10 bug..?
  4. Clover General discussion

To fix iMessage (ROM value all zero's), I've migrated to Clover in UEFI mode. iMessage problem was solved but now wake from BT-keyboard no longer works. Funny thing is that in BT-preferences, the option 'allow wake from BT-keyboard' is set. When booting again via Chameleon, that option is greyed out but wakeup via BT-keyboard works fine. What could I check to get wakeup from BT working also under Clover?
  5. I have the same board and it's working fine so the issue is probably either with the configuration or the network, not the driver. Some suggestions on what you could check: What driver version is current installed? Are the lights on the ethernet port blinking? How do you wake the system up? When it is sleeping, check the the ip and arp table on your router - it might be an issue with a sleep proxy http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bonjour_Sleep_Proxy Anything in the console log after you wake it up manually? Hope this helps..
  6. I fixed WOL for the AppleIntelE1000e.kext in a patched 2.5.4f, see #1988601 and #1993817 @hnak, could you have a look at this and maybe add it to the next 3.x update?
  7. Did you check this page http://sourceforge.net/projects/osx86drivers/files/Kext/ ? If you don't see it, what do you see when you click this?
  8. The version in post #504 (2.5.4f) is identical to 2.5.4d except for the WOL fix. If in your setup there is an issue with a freeze after 8..9 gb of traffic, it very likely still exists in 2.5.4f..
  9. I'm had no problems with version 2.4.14 or 2.5.4f except for lack of WOL under Mavericks. The driver is set to auto detect line speed (GbE in my setup) and default MTU of 1500. All I can add is that my test with large files transfers (20+ GB virtual disks) with standard mtu between macs via AFP were fast and reliable...
  10. Only added a fix for the WOL behavior - so far didn't have stability or other issues I've not used/tried jumbo frames or other non-default settings that seem to be causing stability issues.
  11. Here you go http://wikisend.com/download/743902/...1000e.kext.zip
  12. I'll check the WOL code agains your learnings. Do hope that the original developer joins the discussion so the whatever changes required can make it into the latest build.
  13. Are you saying the driver has a more fundamental issue with WOL?
