  1. Audio and Microphone in S101

I've installed 10.6 retail in this baby (more specifically on a SD card). It has been running great but the main problem was the sound. After some research and installing Audieee, Azalia and CHUD packages, I've been able to get sound from my Netbook. I updated to 10.6.6 with little effort, everything working fine, but I noticed something that might have been maintained from 10.6: Although I had sound, the OS doesn't detect the built-in microphone. It surprisingly detects the webcam, however. I've been noticing this with Skype 5.0, that crashes at startup, and when trying to make a call with Skype 2.8; I then saw in the preferences that the Mac doesn't detect any microphone, even if I plug one. I've been reading that VoodooHDA kext could fix this problem but it has been giving me kernel panics ever since I installed it. Can VoodooHDA be messing up with one of the packages I installed previously for sound? If so, uninstalling those and putting VoodooHDA will fix my problem? I'm asking because I don't want to waste time uninstalling the sound stuff and reinstalling them in case this doesn't work because it has been a little difficult to find those. Also, I would like to know if there's any S101 user who experienced the same as me . Thanks

  6. thanks for the reply hey nevermind about the moded CD, I finished up by downloading from a Rapidshare download (and its name is "generic.iso"). I burned it on a CD. Computer Specifications: MS Windows XP Professional SP3 Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.00 GHz, 1.0 GB RAM, ASUS X700 Series A Hard drive of 300GB split in 3 partitions (C: of 48,8GB NTFS; D: of 182GB NTFS; X: of 66,4GB FAT32 and this is the one I'm gonna use for Leopard) ---> verdant asked me for a "MOBO brand/model". How do I check that out? Leopard Specifications: MAC OS X V10.5.6 RETAIL does this help?
  7. I'm just a little confused with your guide I want to install Retail Leopard on my PC. But your guide shows up that I need a Mac for it. How the hell am I gonna get Leopard if I need it to install?
  8. I tried the one that's not modified and I appear to get stuck at a Gray Screen with an Apple logo in the middle. I want the modified one to see if it works for me since the guy on the first post says that it's compatible. Anybody can give that file please?

  10. hecker, I need help: you said on the first post about the moded ISO, but on the post where all the links are posted, the Moded one, in mediafire.com, says that it has been forwarded to the mediafire team can I still use the other one?

  13. Uninstall Kalyway OS X 10.5.2?

that's cool. but how do I "unhide" my third artition to make it shown on Windows?
  14. I'm not a n00b and have been searching this forum, nad I think from the looks of it, there has no uninstall (unless I've not been too careful on looking for it) I want to restart the process once again with another disc. how do I get my third partition that I created for Mac to get showed again (it doesn't show up on My Computer anymore) and how do I fully delete the Mac OS X that I installed?
