  3. Building a MacPro

Mr Bean: great mod you're making; I check up on your progress regularly :-) However, the Asus Z7S WS, no one seem to know if it works with the hacked mac os...?! I am hoping that it works with the hackintosh os, but I've not heard any success stories? Can you enlighten us? PS: keep up the great work!
  4. FAQ & RULES

I, I also have trouble with Knoppix and try to use Ubuntu 7.10 live cd. What exactly did you type in the terminal to get the output? I keep getting an error 'No such file or directory' which leaves the file codec_dump.txt on the Desktop but with nothing in it... When comparing the output you got to the info in the Device Manager -> your audio device, which lines, if any, were similar? Any suggestion would be appreciated. /Peter
  5. [guide] Patcher for Leopard

When I try to restore the leopard.dmg onto a MBR partition, i get an error from Disk Utility: Restore Failure -an error (-5308) occurred while copying. Anyone know what this means? I've tried both USB and SATA connected harddrives.. The same thing happens if I try to restore the brazilmac patched single layer ISO to a partition/or a usb harddrive.
