1. I've tried and tried, with or without Gaansan's DSDT, no luck. The video ram is always 256 MB. It is like a hard core? Maybe later I'll upgrade to ML to test if your BIOS is better for ML.
2. Hi ugokind, Add DSDT...the system didn't boot! Remove DSDT the system boot with only 256 MB Video Ram. Sometime the modded BIOS boot to blue screen, no mouse, no destop
3. I see. Still need DSDT. I've used your BIOS. I've D-E PCB01 mainboard. All goes well expect the video share ram.
4. @ugokind I followed your Moded Bios guide, it is fantastic! Now I have two questions: 1. although I change the video ram to 512 MB, but boot into Mac OS X 10.6.8 it is always showing 256 MB ram. Either I put GraphicsEnabler=Yes or not. 2. Is this BIOS suiteable for Mountain Lion?
5. Now solved the Shutdown problem. Seep is not very important for me. Delete DSDT.aml Install Disabler, EvOreboot*, FakeSMC**, HDAEnabler, IOACPIFamily, PlatformUUID to E/E S/L/E: VoodooHDA or * OpenHaltRestart instead ** FakeSMC with plugins in S/L/E You may try 10.7.x compatible Kexts for Lion installation. Good luck! Atom mach kernel mach_kernel_atom.zip Extra setting Extra.zip Extensions files Asrock A330ION Extensions.zip

9. I've installed Mac OS X 10.6.8 on ASRock A330ION. (well, sleep is not very necessary). Thanks. Attach DSDT file (within Extra.zip). Extra.zip
10. Great! Thanks for your input. What do you mean "a 3rd party fan", a replacement of original Zotac fan? Does the fan with 3-pin or 4-pin power connection? I set the fan speed in Bios with medium. I'll try SleepEnabler later.
11. Make sure you rebuild the EE Extension.mkext with Kext wizard tool. Or you may try ##### to install Chameleon.
12. I've updated to SL 10.6.8. The machine seems no problem. But I discovered although my CPU is Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 which supports Virtualization Technology (VT-x), but the machine didn't load 4 threads. Any one has an idea? zotac_geforce9300wifi_d_e.zip P.S.: I put FakeSMC in /S/L/E.
