    Acer Aspire V3-571g Graphics Problem

I've already did that to enable HD4000. I've delete all intel and nv kexts and boot with GE=Yes and result is I think something wrong with my VRAM size, Why 7MB? If i install Intel* i stuck with after DSMOS arrived.
  6. Hi Everyone. I have acer aspire V3-571g with this specification: CPU: Intel Core i7-3632QM 2.2 GHz Ivy Bridge Internal Graphic: Intel HD 4000 PCIx Graphic: Nvidia Geforce 710M 2GB Wifi: AR9462 Network Wireless Adapter Ethernet: NetLink BCM57785 Audio: Realtek ALC269 It took me 6 month to be able to boot mac os x installation, because of my BIOS ( BIOS version 2.12). To boot Mac OS X Installation i must set my internal graphic memory to 64MB and my BIOS haven’t have that option, So i ask and wait until now. Here is my internal graphic memory config: Now I have problem with my graphics card. I've read that a lot of guys get their Intel HD 4000 to working with same DevID as mine by using EFI String or using Chameleon boot loader flags (GraphicsEnabler=Yes IntelCapriFB=[0 to 11]). But none of them worked for me. I have option to disable my internal graphic, So by that Can i use Geforce 710M in Mac? KernelLog.rtf BDMsg.rtf ioreg.txt

  8. Hi sir. Thanks for answering. It took a little time that i could test it again, sorry for that. I have not any of those KEXTs you said (I'm using iATKOS ML2) and i booted with "-f -v GraphicsEnabler=No", but no difference, Still the same damn black screen. some guys told me to set Video Internal memory to 64(from 128MB), But to achieve this i have to downgrade my BIOS with modded BIOS (To enable Advanced Menu) too risky . So What you think? Could it cause this problem?
  9. Sir it dose not work, I don't have any option in BIOS for "Turn off the Nvidia card in BIOS, Turn on the iGPU (HD 4000) in BIOS".

Editing custom personalities for ATI Radeon HD[45]xx

Sir, Many thanks for your guide. I'm trying to patch my personality to get LDVS working, Unsuccessful until now . I have some questions, if you answer them I'll be glad. I use "Pithecia" frame buffer and it work with VGA and with 2 port matched (ATY_ActiveFlags = 10), Port 0 and 1. VGA works perfect and LDVS shows black screen with brightness control working. When I switch from VGA to LDVS, Screen become distorted, But cursor works fine and shown normally. 1. Are the port number of personalities In IOReg ( like Port@0 ), shows index of personalities (from top to down)? If it's true ConnectorType of Port 0 & 1 are not indicate to VGA!? So how VGA works? Personality: Pithecia 0000000 00 04 00 00 04 03 00 00 00 01 00 00 21 03 02 04 >Port@0 0000010 04 00 00 00 14 02 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 04 03 >Port@1 0000020 10 00 00 00 10 00 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 00 01 >Port@2 2.When I change one of personalities it cause to load default frame buffer (AMD,FrameBuffer ...) instead of "Pithecia". Why?
