  1. The patch in grub does not work for me. I got the following message: offset 0x18c: is 0x01 setting offset 0x18c to 0x03 error: can't set variable using EFI (error: 0x000000000000001a). Yoga 2 Pro - i7 - HD4400 Thanks in advance!
  2. OS X Yosemite DP's builds!

I have got a strange problem. To get sound via the HDMI port of my 560ti I patched my DSDT and the binary of AppleHDAController.kext with the following command: cd /System/Library/Extensions/AppleHDA.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AppleHDAController.kext/Contents/MacOS && sudo cp AppleHDAController AppleHDAController_backup && sudo su root -c "perl -pe 's/\xDE\x10\xEA\x0B/\xDE\x10\x0C\x0E/g' AppleHDAController_backup > AppleHDAController" This works perfectly with Mavericks and also with Yosemite the HDMI Port gets recognized in system settings. Even iTunes plays my music without any problem. But if I try to play a system sound Yosemite stucks and goes down without any message. Sorry wrong thread. I will post it in the Apple HDA 10.10 thread.
  3. OS X Yosemite DP's builds!

Can you please send the patched kexts to me also? Because andrek and me have the same notebook.
  4. OS X Yosemite DP's builds!

Is there any way to sign it after editing? Maybe Rehabman have some ideas as some of his kexts are in the AKEL.kext OOB...
  5. OS X Yosemite DP's builds!

This makes it even worse because AKEL.kext wont be authentic after editing anymore.
  6. GM works like a charm. Installed it on top of DP9.
  7. Just delete /Extra/Exentensions folder. ProBook Installer should have patched AICPM.kext for you.
  8. My new 1080p display will hopefully arrive tomorrow. If so I can test the new PBI and report back to you guys. Before installation I will change back all kexts to vanilla versions to preclude problems with my patched kexts.
  9. That sound nice. It looks like my work is over now. Let`s wait for Mavericks GM!
  10. Hey guys, I`m changing my ProBooks display at the moment. I will update ProBook.ZIP in a few days, but I think you just have to patch AppleHDA as RehabMan said and maybe AICPM.kext.
  11. For Apple HDA I replaced the lib and plist files with the ones out of the old AppleHDA for 10.8.4 and patched the binary using B.C.`s patch-hda.1.1 script. For AppleIntelCPIPowerManagement I used this patch: http://olarila.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1003
  12. New AppleHDA and AICPM for DP7 are added to ProBook.zip
  13. DP7 is out. Will report in a few minutes.
  14. DP6 is out. Install like the ones before. New AppleHDA.kext.
  15. Ja. Write me PM in German if you need help.
