I also get this with a GTX 570, just blank screen when Desktop should appear. Kaby Lake i7 &700K Z270 chipset. Cant get stock on AMD 580 thats why I am still using nVidia 570.
  3. Attached are the files requested. This is for a Gigabyte GA-Z270-HD3P with i7 7700K CPU. GA-Z270-HD3P.zip

Adding second GPU to existing system

I have been running multiple GPU for 5 years with no problem at one stage I had GTX 570 and ATI 7950 running together. Under Yosamite you must have UEFI BIOS and use clover with Bios setting set to Windows 8. I am running 2x GTX 970 in my system currently with no problems driving 3x Monitors and 1x Projector all using HDMI and MacPro 5,1 Smbios

I get kernel panic. I have the following graphics cards in my system all works well with 10.10.1 and latest web drivers. Using clover 2976 Gigabyte gtx 970 gamers edition Gigabyte gtx 570 hd Gainward Gtx 570

    10.10.1 - Hanging on boot - 30% of time

You must make sure you are running clover with BIOS block access not SATA otherwise it takes forever to boot.

    [UEFIPatch] UEFI patching utility

Hi Seems like I have a non standard BIOS this is for Gigabyte GA-X79-UD5 https://www.dropbox.com/s/oppb59beojtn189/X79UD5.14c Would be great if it can be patched.
  10. EDIT Ok I got it working by installing DP1 and then Upgrade to DP7 skipping DP4, it seems like its DP4 thats messing it up. I everyone thanks for all your work and contributions. I have a non standard config that has been working fine until now. It works perfect with 10.8.5 but since DP4 I am unable to boot to desktop. I have a Nvidia GTX 570 in PCIE slot 1 and an AMD 7950 in PCIE slot 3, with clover I can boot and use both cards. I have an analogue LCD connected to the Nvidia and another to the AMD with a HDMI LED LCD connected to the AMD as well. This gives me CUDA and fast OpenCL and works well with the software I use, Davince Resolve, Final Cut, Lightwave 3D etc. I have a Gigabyte GA-X79-UD5 with bios F12. I am booting with the Nvidia as primary card.(Using a USB sound card so I don't have to worry about kexts all the time). When booting into Mavericks DP4 to DP7 (Updated from non working DP4 to DP5, 6 and 7 by running update from Mountain Lion onto the Maverics HDD, separate HDD) all I get is a blinking cursor in Left corner, after a quick flash of a white screen with apple logo on the Nvidia connected analogue monitor. The AMD screens remains blank sometimes they become white and I can move the mouse cursor for a second once the Nvidia goes into blink mode cursor disappears. I have tried by removing both AMD and nVidia drivers as was suggested by someone else to see if I can get to the desktop but no luck. Using -x boot flag makes no difference. Disconnecting the HDMI also makes no difference, as this was a known problem with DP4. I was unable to boot with Cameleon using both cards in the past so have not tried that again. Any suggestions from people here would be appreciated as I am not sure where the problem lies if its with the DSDT or some other problem as I don't think its the drivers as removing them makes no difference. I am running the latest clover r1995 and like I said it works great in 10.8.5. Here is a link to my IOreg under 10.8.5 that is working. Thanks in advance for any help. IOreg_10.8.5_working.txt.zip

    X79 Mavericks DP2

Good news DP2 is now recognising the ACHI ports correctly as Series 8, this is encouraging as it may indicate even more support coming, who knows even power management perhaps. USB 3 is also working out of the box with no more problems.

    fermi/gtx 480/gtx 470

In some of my testing it seems like these drivers are only using 112 cores and no more. Welcome to Flam4 - Mac Edition! 1 CUDA Device on your Mac: CUDA Device: GeForce GTX 460 with 1023MB 112 CUDA Cores With the GTS 250 (Correct amount of Cuda Cores) 1 CUDA Device on your Mac: CUDA Device: GeForce GTS 250 with 1023MB 128 CUDA Cores Download http://sourceforge.net/projects/flam4/file...DA.pkg/download and see how many cores is usable

There is no new support in the latest Snow Leopard Graphics Update 1 for Fermi no NVDANV100.kext file in the package so no change to current setup for Fermi.
