  1. Clean install with 10.7.1 is okay, however when I upgrade to 10.7.2, the boot process hangs on "still waiting for root device". Tried most of the solutions proposed here but can't seem to find a solution. Any help would be much appreciated.

Anyone successful with Asus P6T Deluxe V2?

Will try it later. Solution: I have no real idea. Guess I solved it by doing trial and error like a madman. :-)

Anyone successful with Asus P6T Deluxe V2?

CJP2 thanks, it worked, boots very fast into lion. Problems left: - OnBoard Audio - Firewire (it seems to be working, but when I connect my Firewire 1814 I get a panic / crash)

Anyone successful with Asus P6T Deluxe V2?

I did not :-S But that's okay, making progress now. It halts at "l2tp_udp_init_threads: changing # of threads from 0 to 7" Then I get nstat_lookup_entry_failed: 2 Any suggestions are welcome :-)

Is there any easy way to roll back a failed Lion install? Guess I'm going to wait too.

  10. I have a G210 in one of my hackintoshes. Is there any solution yet?
  11. Same issue here, I got a working resolution by manually entering graphics mode 1680x1050 in com.apple.Boot.plist: <key>Boot Graphics</key> <string>Yes</string> <key>Graphics Mode</key> <string>1680x1050x32</string> <key>GraphicsEnabler</key> <string>y</string>
  12. Strange, worked perfectly for me... Did you try putting back your boot / plists / kexts?
  13. Goto apple menu, hit the second menu item, software update.
  14. That's okay dude. You cannot run certain commands without sudo. Just be careful and make sure you know what you are doing. Don't use it without knowing the consequences of your command.
