Slow performance Mac guest 10.7.3 on esxi 5 update 1

Hello, I have a esxi 5 server Dell r610 48gb ram 10tb raid 6 configuration. I'm running 3 vm's (2) Win 2008 R2 servers, (1) Mac OS X 10.7.3. My two windowa machines run fine, I do have performance issues with my MAC, slow laggy mouse, takes a long time to register that a folder has been clicked, takes a long time to open apps. I have installed vmware tools 3.1.3, resolution is not an issue, just performance. Any Ideas. Thanks, 1eye
