  2. Hello all, I know there most likely is 1000 post's regarding this problem here, but now after sitting and installing and messing around i need a point in the right direction. I have a ATI Radeon Mobility X1600 071c5 graphics card, and trying to find a kext somewhere and how to install it... Is it just so simple so delete the old ATI* kext files under System/Library/Extentions and then copy in the new ones and load them ? or is there more to it. At the moment i do not have windows on this laptop. Really hope someone can help me. 3. Hi you all, Actually i just want to get in touch with ppl who has got a distro installed and working on a HP NX9420 laptop, So far i have had no luck getting it installed and working, though i did find a guide on how to on this model, but my PC decided not to like the guide. I have got errors such as the famous welcome loop, where i had to mount my drives. create the file .AppleSetupDone and set a root pwd, but then when i logged in as root, created a new user (sys admin) and tried to log on, then i got the grey screen with "You much restart your PC" error. So far I have tried Ideneb the latest, and at this very moment im installing kalyway see if that is any better. So if any have a HP NX9420 and got it working, please contact me. Could someone tell me latest release on Kalyway and Leo4All ? // Rippie
