  1. As KNNSpeed said... Did you edit config.plist as described in the OP?
  2. I also suspect it has to do with how sleep mode works. Checked my sleep history: J-Js-MacBook-Pro:~ saidou$ log show --last "18h" --style syslog | fgrep "Wake reason" 2017-08-25 19:17:03.417335+0200 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) Wake reason: RTC LID0 (Alarm) 2017-08-25 19:17:03.417336+0200 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) Wake reason: RTC LID0 (Alarm) 2017-08-25 21:17:24.514678+0200 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) Wake reason: RTC LID0 (Alarm) 2017-08-25 21:17:24.514680+0200 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) Wake reason: RTC LID0 (Alarm) 2017-08-25 23:17:44.960546+0200 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) Wake reason: RTC LID0 (Alarm) 2017-08-25 23:17:44.960547+0200 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) Wake reason: RTC LID0 (Alarm) 2017-08-26 01:18:05.445343+0200 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) Wake reason: RTC LID0 (Alarm) 2017-08-26 01:18:05.445344+0200 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) Wake reason: RTC LID0 (Alarm) 2017-08-26 03:17:37.370089+0200 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) Wake reason: LID0 2017-08-26 03:17:37.370090+0200 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) Wake reason: LID0 2017-08-26 10:49:17.574749+0200 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) Wake reason: LID0 2017-08-26 10:49:17.574750+0200 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) Wake reason: LID0 2017-08-26 11:33:04.000617+0200 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) Wake reason: PBTN LID0 (User) 2017-08-26 11:33:04.000618+0200 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) Wake reason: PBTN LID0 (User) I maybe suspect the wake reason by "RTC LID0 (Alarm)". Googled it, and found an older post on the forum (Yosemite related) I don't now if this can fix it? How to disable it? EDIT: attatched extended log from "/var/log/powermanagement": 2017.08.26.asl 2017.08.26.asl.zip
  3. After 1 month, unfortunately, I'm still having bluetooth issues... Starting with a fresh Clover folder fixed the issue, but it then returned after 1 week. I then ordered a new network card, the DW1830, as it works out of the box. After I put the card in my XPS, I started again from a fresh Clover folder and deleted "/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist" again. It worked for +/- 1 week, but now the same problems return. No bluetooth after sleep and even after a reboot it doesn't work. Removing the Bluetooth device in Preferences doesn't fix the issue. Tried it with LiluFriend and without (after recommandation of KNNSpeed). I found on other forums, that is could be because of the Android File Transfer app and Chrome WebUSB. So I removed that and disabled WebUSB. Didn't fix a thing. Also I noticed my Wifi connection gets lost or slows down after waking from sleep. (Wifi fully connected though) It goes from 185Mbps to 10Mbps or to 0Mbps If anyone has a solution, that would be great. J-J EDIT 1: I adjust these entries in "LiluFriend.kext > info.plist" but doesn't seem to work: Steps I took: Open LiluFriend.kext/Contents/Info.plist and locate to OSBundleLibraries, you'll find two examples which are as.vit9696.Lilu and org.vanilla.driver.CoreDisplayFixup Add your desired plugins here. (Check the Info.plist of the plugin and gather its CFBundleIdentifier) Save your edited Info.plist and install LiluFriend.kext to /Library/Extensions and /System/Library/Extensions, you can also let your bootloader inject it if you prefer not to install any kext on system locations for those who want Lilu and its plugins always work fine. EDIT 2: Laptop got into sleep mode, 2 hours ago. When I just pushed the power button, laptop woke up with bluetooth enabled... So maybe only an issue when getting into sleep mode by closing the lit. I still get slower Wifi than usual.
  4. [quote name="325523" Pal, did you succeed in managing the nullethernet.kext? I redid your procedure plus the fix in sortedorder in config.plist and still failed.... Could you please share your procedure of applying the nullethernet.kext ? It's been almost 2 months since I tried that. As I remember well I never managed it to work. The day after, luckily, I received the DW1560. Now I put the DW1830 in my XPS.
  5. OK, I deleted the clover folder and put back the one from the first post, adding my own config.plist, FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext for DW1560 and the did the ComboJack Installer part. I also deleted /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist to be sure and rebooted. Let's see if that changes anything.
  6. OK, after 2 days it seems the bluetooth/wiffi issue is still there, but less often. Sometime after waking up bluetooth and wifi are available, sometimes not. Another issue is that the speaker volume drops after some time. Do you think a fresh install is recommended? If so, do I then only delete partition disk0s1, disk0s2 and disk0s3? Or do I keep de EFI partition?
  7. OK, made all the changes. Let's see what happens now... Keep you posted.
  8. So after couple of hours, it seams the new audio driver seems to work, but the bluetooth and wifi issues returned... After waking from sleep bluetooth and/or wifi don't work anymore. (before it was only bluetooth) After a reboot, it takes my laptop sometimes 2-4 min to boot into MacOS and bluetooth and wifi are not available in that case. A reboot fixes the issue (it boots than fast again) Strange behavior...
  9. That's what I thought, just used the wrong hex editer
  10. Thanks for this solution. Do you mean editting "/Volumes/EFI/EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched/SSDT-Config.aml"? 11. That solved the error! Rebooted several time, and I didn't get the stop sign anymore.
  12. I finally found some time to have a look at my problem. I download the clover folder again from the 1st post and copied it to my EFI folder. Just kept my own config.plist and added the kext for the DW1560 and know I don't loose the bluetooth connection anymore after sleep. I think I may have merged the clover folders instead of overwriting them during the installation. Still didn't send the NIC back, so gonna test if laptops goes back to sleep after waking up by itself while in sleep mode. Unfortunately I ran into a new issue. When I want to boot to MacOS (automatically after 5sec in clover), I get this annoying stop sign! When rebooting in verbose mode, I get these messages: After 2-3 reboots in verbose mode it finally starts up. Very annoying... Any solution for that? Thanks!
  13. I'm in BIOS 1.3.3. That was the first thing I did when I received the laptop.Going to verify SSDTs tonight when I'm home. I already found my NIC unstable. I also damaged the antennas by installing the DW1560. The connectors on the NIC didn't seem completely round and I forced the antennas on it. :s Luckily I got to manage a free replacement from Dell.Already contacted the seller from the DW1560 and I'll be getting a replacement.
  14. OK, thanks for the clarification. Yesterday it didn't go to sleep. When I woke up this morning, laptop was still on with the lid closed and was overheating (lying on the sofa). For Wifi/Bluetooth I'm using DW1560 Just checked photo boot and camera shows up.
  15. Strange, tested it again, and now it works, but bluetooth is not available anymore... It sometime also happens with Wifi...
