  1. Here is the fixed kext for the WG111V3 that will work in 10.6.2 32-bit. You still need to install the Netgear software first so that you have the WLAN utility. http://www.zshare.net/download/74409337b64bf591/
  2. Heya Weaksauce, Glad to hear that the new guide is coming along so well! You need any help with graphics or motherboard photography? I have a 2.0 DS3L and also a EP35. Also, do you take Paypal donations? =)

  4. About this Mac

Thanks a lot for this app! When I run the "sysctl -n machdep.cpu.brand_string" it detects my CPU speed incorrectly. It outputs the string: Intel® Core2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz But my CPU is overclocked to 3ghz. It shows 3ghz in System profiler. Hardware Overview: Model Name: Mac Pro Model Identifier: MacPro3,1 Processor Speed: 3 GHz Number Of Processors: 1 Total Number Of Cores: 4 L2 Cache: 8 MB Memory: 4 GB Bus Speed: 1.33 GHz
  5. Anyone had luck getting this to work under Kaliway Leopard? I tried installing the drivers from the RaLink page: http://www.ralinktech.com/ralink/Home/Support/Macintosh.html But the RaLink utility doesn't detect the card. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!
  6. Got my quad core hackintosh up and running thanks to all the wonderful folks helping out here! I'm interested in swapping my DS3L mobo for the DS4 though, mainly for the added SATA ports (AHCI leaves me with only two!). Has anyone else tried something like this, and would a reinstall of Leopard be required, even though the mobos are so similar? Thanks in advance!
