1. HD4000 full acceleration for 10.8 / 10.7.5

@buoo I added the Disabled key and it still doesn't load the Capri kext. Here is a screenshot with the error : http://d.pr/i/XNEe
2. HD4000 full acceleration for 10.8 / 10.7.5

Any ideas how to stop AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB.kext from blocking AppleIntelFramebufferCapri.kext without DSDT ? I have a Z68X board with the new UEFI bios (so I don't have/use a DSDT) and the Capri kext is getting blocked no matter what EFI string I use. Could it be possible to change the device-id of the MEI device using another EFI string ? Also, does Chameleon support multiple EFI strings, and if it does, how to put them in the plist ?
3. HWSensors

Using the latest revision works . Thanks !
4. HWSensors

I just installed ML DP4 and using the latest FakeSMC doesn't show the CPU temp, frequency and ratio. I also have Lion 10.7.4 installed on another HDD and everything shows correctly using the same FakeSMC. Any thoughts ? P.S. - I have a Z68X-UD3H-B3 mobo.
5. HWSensors

Vanishing icon fix : The app is still there, you just have to select the sensors again.
6. Hello fellow hackintoshers, For some reason, my VoodooHDA didn't load at boot, only when i was already logged in, even though it had the right permissions (tried chmod/chown manually in terminal and via disk utility and still nothing) and it was inside the kextcache, so I decided to make a tool that would kextload it at startup without any interaction. The result is VoodooStarter. It is a launch daemon that performs a kextload command right at startup. This technique could be utilized to load other kexts that fail to load for some reason at boot, but succeed when logged in. P.S. I made a small applescript app that makes it really easy to install and uninstall VoodooStarter. Note: VoodooHDA.kext must be in /System/Library/Extensions/ (but you can modify the plist if it is somewhere else) !! The installer app : The plist that is installed in /Library/LaunchDaemons/ Hope it helps, limiter121
7. Hello, Attached is the original and patched (fully working) DSDT for Lenovo B550 (G550?). dsdt.aml.zip dsdt-batteryfix.aml.zip Thanks to all that made this awesome driver and to Zprood for the great tutorial !!!
8. Lion voices are apparently online (it successfully downloaded and installed the Daniel voice - tested on 11A459e) P.S. - To install new voices, go to System Preferences and select Speech, then switch to the Text to speech tab and click on Customize in the System Voice dropdown menu.
9. Chameleon Wizard - Utility for Chameleon.

Awesome app but needs one more feature : current chameleon version, which could be implemented like this strings BOOT_FILE_HERE | grep "Chameleon v" eg. strings /Volumes/Snow\ Leopard/boot | grep "Chameleon v" Darwin/x86 boot v5.0.132 - Chameleon v2.0-RC5 r823
10. Broadcom 4320 chipset Wireless card

You can also copy the IO80211Family.kext from Snow Leopard to your Lion install. Repair permissions, delete caches and it should work with DSDT inject or Injector kext. It works for my BCM4315 with the BroadcomFix.kext (id injector).
11. Broadcom injector

Copy the IO80211Family.kext from Snow Leopard to your Lion installation and it should work.
12. If you installed XPC/##### and get the BError, or you don't know how to install #####/XPC, here's a short tutorial. NOTE: The USB flash drive on which you install #####/XPC will be used just to boot and NOT install Lion on it ! To install ##### (this works for XPC too, you just have to copy the files from XPC instead of #####) here's what you need to do : 1. Partition your USB flash drive to MBR and 1 partition MS-DOS (FAT) using Disk Utility 2. Download the XPC Boot Prepare Tool from here (http://cl.ly/240u3i0O0k3F33053M46) 3. Run the tool and select as destination your USB flash drive (if you select something else you will lose data as it reformats the destination !!!) Note: After the tool is done eject and replug the flash drive. It should have now the name EFI FAT32 4. After the tool is done you need to download the ##### files from here (or somewhere else) : ##### 1.2 - http://cl.ly/3N3N342H3q2F2q3w3C3g Older ##### - http://cl.ly/3z3k0s252B0F1D291v2s 5. Copy the files from the ##### archive to the root of your USB flash drive 6. Copy your DSDT.aml on the USB flash drive in /efi/acpi/oem/ That's it ! You are ready to boot 10.7 using #####. Hope it helped
