  1. [Install] Dell Latitude E6400 E6500

I've figured out how to make touchpad work on snowleopard!! Assuming you have the keyboard and trackpoint working and a crazy going touchpad: Just find your ApplePS2Controller.kext in /System/Library/Extensions There delete the \Contents\Plugins\ApplePS2Trackpad.kext (sudo rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions/ApplePS2Controller.kext/Contents/Plugins/ApplePS2Trackpad.kext) Then restart and you will have a working touchpad and trackpoint!

Hi all, I am still trying to find all information regarding the touchpad for snowleopard and the e6400. there seem to be at least a few of you who have the touchpad working without docking. But for some strange reasons the kexts working for them don't work for others. Could all the snow leopard users who have a working touchpad please give a short list of the kexts used for the touchpad and where they found them? Thanks for your help!
