  1. TeamViewer not working on 10.6.2

As far as I can determine, the software is checking or using the serial number of the mac in order to connect to the server. And since the one in my box is "SOMESRLNMBR"... Can this thing be changed somehow?
  2. TeamViewer not working on 10.6.2

Hello all, I recently installed 10.6.2 on my PC using the retail version + myHack RC5. Everything works great except TeamViewer which refuses to connect to it's servers and thus it's unusable with any computer outside the home network. A very polite email to TeamViewer support was answered with a "Buzz off, you don't have an original Mac!" email. So can anybody here help solving this problem. Anybody run into it and found a way around it?
  3. Natit Info.plist and DVI

Hello everybody, I'm the happy owner of a fully working Radeon HD 2600 Pro thanks to the work of Netkas. I'm tinkering with the Info.plist of Natit, in order to make it work on DVI, but i don't have any success. Here are the relevant lines from Natit: I've been told that the lines in bold letters are what needs to be edited. I've tried several values, like 4 and 64, but no succes. During boot, Natit sets those values correctly - in this case 0x400 Can anybody point me in the right direction? How can i find the right values to get DVI working? Any hints greatly appreciated

  5. ATI Radeon HD (2x000) Device ID's Wanted!

What are we supposed to do? look inside for device ID? Let me make the purpose of this thread clear: Apple is using different device ID for their graphics boards than those of ATIs sold over the counter. We need the device ID from your board.
  6. ATI Radeon HD (2x000) Device ID's Wanted!

Hi everybody, We need device id's of Radeon HD boards: Tell us device ID, model (2400 XT, 2600 PRO, 2900 XT etc.) and manufacturer.
  7. Natit new development version with ATI and nVidia dual screen

NeoPheus, did you get DVI to work with your beta installer for Natit?
  8. ATI Radeon 9550 on widescreen monitors?

Now it works perfectly if you use the Callisto b.008 driver. Go here to download it here. The only thing is that it will still be recognised as PCI. There is also an instalation guide on how to get it working with screen res change and graphic acceleration. Alternatively, you might want to try the Natit solution. You can find a beta installer made by Neopheus here
  9. Might be because you don't have an USB mouse. You have a mouse attached to a Bluetooth adapter...
  10. Natit new development version with ATI and nVidia dual screen

No success with NeoPheus' Uni installer. I get resolution change but not QE/CI... And, of cource, DVI is not working. Can't get native resolution on my LCD.
  11. Help me get Sapphire X1650 PRO working

Ok, I tried Natit Uni from NeoPheus (thanks dude), and now it's kinda' working. I have video output with DVI2VGA adapter, but it does not recognize my monitor and it displays a generic list of resolutions for "VGA Monitor". My native resolution, 1440x900 is not available. Also, I have no QE/CI enabled.
  12. Hi there, I've just got my new X1650 PRO and I can't get it working on JaS 10.4.8. I took out the borrowed Asus X1600 HDMI which worked perfectly, and installed the Sapphire. Then hell began! I tried installing the Neo's 3.6 installer for 8.8.1 kernel. No succes. Black screen on all the DVI ports, whether using a DVI or DVI2VGA adapter I deleted all the ATI Kext, copied them form the installation DVD, tried editing just the ATINDRV.kext, as suggested in the forum for the X1600 XT, and also edited the ATIX1000.kext with the right values for my card. No succes. All I got was a black screen with a mouse cursor over it. After that I've tried editing the ATIRadeonX1000GA.plugin. Still no succes. What more can I do? How can I get my card working? Pls help!!!
  13. ASrock Conroe945G-DVI

Hi guys, Consider me your cousin, I'm an ASRock ConRoeXFire-eSATA2 user. I have a bit of a problem and I'm hoping somebody bumped into this and has some idea that could help. I installed the 10.4.6 OSX on my new hackintosh, and everithing went smoothly. I installed the Realtek drivers for 8111 and the ATI drivers for my X1600, but I have a weird problem: every once in a while, I get the dreaded grey screen, with the message "You have to reboot". I haven't been able to pinpoint the problem, but I think it has something to do with the network driver. Did anybody else have this problem? Do you have any idea how to fix it? I have a Core 2 Duo 6400 processor and 2x512 MB Corsair Dual Channel memory.
  14. Realtek 8168/8111 solution

But I have an RTL8168/8111 NIC, not 8139...
  15. Log after grey screen?

Hi there, I'm hoping that somebody can help me with this: I've just upgraded my PC to Core 2 Duo, using an ASRock ConRoeXFire-eSATA2 mobo. I used the 10.4.6 OSX DVD with patches for Intel SSE3 and i manualy installed the Realtek RTL8111B driver, and I got online. But some time later (not more than 15 min), I've got a grey screen wit the "You need to restart your computer". Reboot, happened again. Reboot, happened again. (to be continued). You get the point. The rest of my config includes an Asus X1600 HDMI, 1 GB Corsair dual channel, 1 DVD-RW, 1 S-ATA HDD, 1 P-ATA HDD and that's about it. I have a sneeky suspicion that it's a problem with the Realtek RTL8111B driver, so i disabeld the NIC from BIOS, and for about half an hour I got no grey screen. Then i got bored with a computer not connected to the internet and I re-enabelg the NIC. And there we go again: grey screen, reboot, grey screen, reboot... How do I find out what caused the grey screen? Is there a log for that? Where do I find it? PS: I'm slooowly getting the 10.4.8 Intel only SSE3 of Jas, and i'll give it another go with it, but in the mean time...
