  1. Hey Sabr could you please post your patched ATIRadeonX1000.kext and ATI1900Controller.kext as I have managed to get my P5W-DH Deluxe working stably with 10.6.3 with patched kexts, but cannot upgrade to 10.6.8 or Lion as when I do my ATi Radeon X1800 XT only gives me the top half of the Mac screen as the top part is grey. Thanks in advance.
  2. Audio I/O, Microphone and Sleep on Mini 9

I am running OSX 6.2 on Dell Mini 9 but can't get Audio I/O, Microphone or Sleep working. Anyone have any ideas. On the Mac OS X netbook compatibility chart it says that the all work, but this doesn't appear to be so. If you can help me I will love it.
  3. Realtek RTL8187B wireless USB alias NetgearWG311v3

Yes, you do need to have it unplugged when you boot your system. Once the system has booted and gone to the desktop view, you can then plug the USB wifi in and enable it in System Preferences/Network where it will just show up as an Ethernet Connector. You can then connect to your network with the Realtek ASB WLAN Client Utility and if you build a ptofile in that, it will automatically connect when you plug it in in the future.
  4. Realtek RTL8187B wireless USB alias NetgearWG311v3

I think PixNinja hit the nail on the head when he said "I made my USB adapter work, with the official driver, after installing the app without pluging the dongle until the OS get restarted." at Post #13. I had been trying to get a RTL8187B working, but it only worked sometimes, however by only plugging in the USB adapter and then connecting with the 'Realtek USB WLAN Client Utility' it seems to work fine. Thanks PixNinja
  5. Hey, WeakSauce. I'd just like to have the 10.5.5 guide for now to do a fresh install and get wifi networking working on my son's Hack. I am happy to do it all again for 10.5.6....
  6. Hey Weaksauce, F k your finals. I'll give you whatever degree you want for this install ASAP, preferably yesterday or better still last week It appears that you will deserve it... You must be Piled High and Deep now Cheers, Professor Hack
  7. Sounds like it will be well worth waiting for... I have used your Leopard Soup guide to install 10.5.4 on my son's Hackintosh which works fine thanks to you.
