1. Tried this fix but the last two commands give me "invalid property list", and now my internet is dead. Ideas?
2. GA-Z68X-UD4-B3 & 10.7

So...I managed to get my bluetooth adapter recognized for "Allow bluetooth devices to wake this computer", but upon sleep, it just reboots...so that's still a no-go.
3. GA-Z68X-UD4-B3 & 10.7

Yep, for the most part it's working great - and sleep does work, just with side effects, none of which are really show stoppers for me. I would love to get it all working great, but that's proving fairly difficult.
4. GA-Z68X-UD4-B3 & 10.7

So, I've got a GA-Z68X-UD4-B3 with i7 3.4, 10.7 Dev Prev 4. installed via usb chameleon method above. Auto-Generated DSDT with z68 generator. ##### networking and audio working, & usb 3.0. HD5770 fully working with Graphics Enabler. CMOS reset fixed with this: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...992&st=220# What doesn't work (and PLEASE let me know if you've got a fix): - If I wake from sleep with Apple Aluminum Keyboard, it stops working and must be replugged...other USB keyboards work fine. - Monitor needs extra mouse or keyboard action to finally wake up - Firewire works until computer sleeps and wakes, then no longer works. - USB drives violently ejected with sleep, ejected improperly warning on wake. - Magic mouse won't wake computerfrom sleep, my adapter isn't supported apparently - USB does not charge connected devices during sleep or when powered off...weird.
5. This is essentially what I did - is sleep working correctly? When I sleep the computer, if I wake from USB keyboard the keyboard stops working until I replug. Also, the display takes a long time to wake, and any connected USB drives report the "not properly ejected" error. Lastly, when I restart the CMOS has been reset! If I do not sleep, the CMOS doesn't reset.
6. Just got a new GA-Z68X-UD4-B3 and i7 to replace my UD3P & Xeon. Everything seems to be working nicely except sleep - I can sleep fine, when I wake the USB keyboard doesn't work until I unplug and re-plug it. Also, the display seems to take a very long time to wake, but eventually does. Thoughts? dsdt is from tonymac's database. USB 3 drivers from #####, although I tried with stock usb and with mb usb, no difference. So close to having a really badass hackintosh! UPDATE: Seems if I wake the computer with the USB keyboard, it will wake (display still takes quite a while), but the keyboard stops working...if I wake with a USB mouse, it will wake, and keyboard works fine. I cannot wake with bluetooth mouse....also usb drives plugged in result in the "not properly ejected" message upon wake. Also, when I sleep and wake, upon the next reboot, my BIOS settings have reverted to default and must be reset. What do I need to do - please help, and I'll return the favor whenever possible. 8. New DP Build out.

Kernel Panic was actually a few seconds after desktop came up. I re-installed all hackinstosh related files from a backup partition and now it's fine...just wish I knew what it was that was fixed.
9. New DP Build out.

Getting KPs just after boot after update. With my old SL install I always did every update and never had a problem...apparently my Lion install is not so vanilla. I guess I need to repeat all the post installation steps I did with the original Lion install?
10. Exact same thing here, some scrambled bits at the top 1/4 of the screen before logon screen, then all good.
11. So, the lesson here is follow ALL the instructions, all the time. I though I could skate by with an upgrade install over my Snow install - and in fact I was almost there, everything working except QE/CI with my ATI 5770. After 2 days and zillions of restarts, nothing was working- so I bit the bullet and did a clean install. Right out of the box my 5770 worked great, full QE/CI. Pieced together some other bits from my SL install, SMBIOS, some other kexts, DSDT, and now things are working great. Motherboard is GA-EP45-UD3P, and I got sound and ethernet via #####. Everything works! Sleep, gfx, sound, ethernet. I'm a happy camper.
12. So, based on advice here and elsewhere I ditched attempts to use my 9800GTK+ and bought an MSI 5770. On my SL install, it works great, full QE/CI, full res, just like the 9800 did...without modifying anything. On my Lion Prev.4 install it is full res, but no QE/CI - just like the 9800... What do I need to do/edit to get QE/CI with the 5770 on Prev 4!?! Already tried device ID in ATI5000Controller.kext and ATISupport.kext...still just getting Apple Software Rendering, no QE/CI, any other ideas?
13. Supported Graphics cards with Full QE/QI

I added to NVDAN50Hal.kext but I can't see where it would go in Resman.kext - still no resolution choices. "System Information" reports the correct card, if that means anything. Maybe I should just buy a new graphics card? Suggestion for a decent card that works great out of the box?
14. So, after much toiling the correct bootloader is working, also audio is working (yes "search" is your friend). Should have tried a little harder before asking... I do have one remaining issue, which is I'm stuck at 1024x768. Motherboard is GA45-UD3P, graphics card is GeForce 9800 GTX+. Checked out the thread on graphics cards and lion, but nobody has mentioned mine.
15. Supported Graphics cards with Full QE/QI

GeForce 9800 GTX+ not working, stuck at 1024x768 - is this working for anyone? I know at some point in the past I had to do some editing to get it to work with SL, probably same situation for Lion but I forget how to do it....help!
