[GUIDE] Snow Leopard on Asus G51J/Jx

Well after a lot of trial and error I got OSX on my ESATA external harddrive on my G51Jx-A1. I boot from the device and it shows the apple logo and immediately reboots. I tried installing with Empire EFI as stated in this guide, however it did not work. So I ended up using the NAWCOM ModCD, which is an updated Empire if I understand correctly. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Thanks!

Please do not post in all bold, and one question mark was sufficient.
  3. So what is the verdict? I say fake.
  4. Well that is a tad far fetched... Psystar has balls, I'll give them that.

    iWork '09 trojan beware!

Everyone has always loved Apple computers because they have fewer viruses/trojans/spyware... Looks like that is changing as their popularity soars... Then again, Torrents and other illegal downloads have always been well known as carriers of malicious software of all kinds. Lets just be thankful they caught it and are trying to fix it!

ATI Radeon HD pkg installers 10.5.x & 10.6

I installed using iPC and I get a crazy garbage screen after boot. I boot -x and its all good, so I figured it must be my video drivers. I selected them when installing, but it doesn't seem to be working. So I downloaded the ones from this list and I get the garbage screen still, but when I boot -x I get an error about incorrect installation, even though I used the installer download to install... My card is a Visiontek 3650HD Overclock Edition.(PCIE) Specs: Core 2 Quad 6600 | 3gb RAM | Gigabyte EP45-UD3R Mobo | 500gb SATA HDD
