  1. Broadcom bcm43xx wireless driver [beta]

Siawyn, you genius that works perfectly for me! Cheers! Boris
  2. Hi I have exactly the same problem, with the same dongle. The thing is, I had it all working BEFORE I turned on wpa2 security in my router. Without any security it was fine. Now browsing for a few minutes crashes, and I have to reboot to fix it, but the same thing happens. What kind of security do have? (If any)
  3. Wireless working....but...

hello... Sorry I didint reply earlier.. Yes sort of....now it connects for a a while, but after about a minute or so the connection dies, and I have to reboot to get it working. Then it does the same again! Very frustrating.

  6. eVGA GeForce 8600 GT Blank screen

Hi I'm having exactly the same problem, except I'm using a xfx 7900GT. I'm using an old Acer 19inch LCD. As a test, I set up screen sharing in leopard, and installed TightVNC on my Vista Laptop. When I dialled in to my rebooted Hackintosh, I see a black screen, but with a mouse pointer, so its stil alive. Its just unable to create the right screen res I think. I HAV'NT tried the NVCAP thing yet though. All my device ID'd are correct. The really annoying thing is the very first time I installed Leopard (Kalaway) everything worked, because the welcome animation played really smoothly - but the other half called me away temporarily and when I returned the hackintosh had gone to sleep and died. Upon reinstalling (many times) I've never had the same luck (so I blame her ). I just wonder if getting a new much more up to date monitor will help solve the problem?
  7. ATI Radeon HD pkg installers 10.5.x & 10.6

Has anyone tried the HD3450 yet? Am I right in understanding it's the same as the 3650?
  8. Hello... Well I've got Kalyway installed and everything is working except I'm unable to connect through my wireless connection. I'm using a d-link usb dongle, and I can even see the connection in my router/modem webpage. But Leopard will not allow me to connect. The wired ethernet connection worked fine. It's a really odd problem but I just wondered if I'm missing something simple. Cheers
