  1. Cant Sleep 10.6.4 en GA-P35-DS4

What is RIP2 script? The same here. Computer goes to sleep but it dont wakes up, boots up normally. The system log says nothing :S Jun 27 14:33:20 Mac-Pro-de-Iago-OP loginwindow[56]: loginwindow SleepWakeCallback WILL sleep Jun 27 14:36:19 localhost com.apple.launchd[1]: *** launchd[1] has started up. *** ... In kernel.log I found nothing about sleep. There are any log which gives more info about sleep process?? The USB ports are detected as internal in System profiler. I tried to apply the DSDT USB fix, but DSDT don't compile.
  2. Cant Sleep 10.6.4 en GA-P35-DS4

It doesnt work. i must have a damaged MoBo or PSU. Now, it does a double start at wake up: Power on, after 1 second, power off, after 1 second power on again and starts to boot normally.

  4. Cant Sleep 10.6.4 en GA-P35-DS4

I got this in console: 19/06/10 23:59:47 kernel USBF: 1.130 AppleUSBEHCI[0xffffff800980e000]::CheckSleepCapability - controller will be unloaded across sleep What this mean?Could be the USB ports the problem with the sleep? I'll try to patch them in DSDT EDIT: Ok, i have patched the 6 USB port and also i made the patch written by kingee but NO SUCCESS! ( In this moment, when I press sleep, the computer powers off, but in 3 seconds aprox. it turns on automatically booting up normaly, as it was shutted down. It does with any of the IDs chosen in the appleLPC.kext Pfff im starting to hate gigabyte motherboards! Oh! came on! Someone that has a "sleepy" P35-DS4 mobo can help me!? :'((
  5. Cant Sleep 10.6.4 en GA-P35-DS4

Thank you! I tryed paatching DSDT with the first id in the appleLPC.kext but no success. The same thing, computer wents to sleep put it doesn't wake up with kb/mouse. I tyed with some ids, but no success too. I'm start tinking that the problem isn't DSDT (or yes? USB problem maybe?). May I need some extra kext,
  6. Cant Sleep 10.6.4 en GA-P35-DS4

I removed appleLPC.kext, rebuild kextcache but no fun. I try with the SleepEnabler.kext compatible with 10.6.4 that is in this forum. But it didn't work. The same, computer wents to sleep, but no wakes up with keyboard/mouse. I have to press the power on button, but it boots up normally as it wasn't in sleep state. Did you have any other SleepEnabler complatible with 10.6.4 ?? What is that i have to patch in DSDT? I dont know what ids and where i need to put in DSDT. Can you tell me more about this? Thx for the reply!
  7. Hi! First of all, sorry for my bad english, im spanish I have a 99% functional OSX installation, but SLEEP DONT WORK MB: GA-P35-DS4 Core2Duo e6600 4Gb de ram 667 Corsair. nVidia 8800GT I installed OSX with patched DSDT for integrated audio, all works fine!. Im trying to get sleep working but it dont. I tryed with/without Sleepenabler for 10.6.4 and NullPowerManagement kext but no fun. With Sleepenabler and no NullPowerManagemet, the computer shuts down in sleep. But it wont wake up. I need to push power button and de computer starts as it was turned off (not sleep). Without Sleepenabler, the sleep works randomlybad. Sometimes, it sleeps, wakes up automatically and then USB did not work. Other times it shows kernel panic when wakes up. I enabled all the options on energy preferences on the system preferences pane. I configured bios with S3 resume and HPET 64bit. No OC at this moment. What can i do? What could be the problem? the Sleepenabler that i use is attached to this post. The kext that I use are: AHCIPortInjector fakesmc IOAHCIBlockStorageInjector LegacyHDA PlatformUUID SleepEnabler JMicronATA Thx! EDIT: I made a sleep at 22:06:00. The computer went off (as it sleeps) but i cant resume with kb/mouse. I have to push the power button and then it starts normally as it was turned off. The system LOG is: Jun 17 22:06:00 Mac-Pro-de-Iago-OP loginwindow[54]: loginwindow SleepWakeCallback WILL sleep Jun 17 22:06:00 Mac-Pro-de-Iago-OP loginwindow[54]: builtInAuthWindowBecameKey Jun 17 22:06:54 localhost DirectoryService[13]: Improper shutdown detected Jun 17 22:06:48 localhost com.apple.launchd[1]: *** launchd[1] has started up. *** SleepEnabler.kext.zip
