  1. I just got out of a talk to an NVIDIA support member, they have confirmed to be working on the web drivers! No release date given however. I searched through some forums and NVIDIA has said (Weeks ago) that apple has the driver and needs to "approve" it. but as we all know installing .kext's is as easy on Mojave as on any other MacOS version. signed or not. At least they are working on it!

[GUIDE] MacOS 10.14 Mojave on ASUS X555L(J)

The Guide for this topic is for the X555LJ, Mojave works flawlessly and (almost) everything works. I didn’t test High Sierra but the EFI folder I provided works with HS as well.

[GUIDE] MacOS 10.14 Mojave on ASUS X555L(J)

Make a Partition formates FAT32, then just copy paste your EFI folder in. In the BIOS select (drive name EUFI) as boot priority, reboot and done! For me the Mojave EFI folder (provided in the topic) works on High Sierra as well. I would advice Mojave, but it is up to you. I did not test High Sierra myself but the EFI folder is compatible with HS. As Mojave is newer it will be supported longer and takes away the need to update your MacOS for a long time

[HELP] Intel HD 630 Kaby Lake 5MB VRAM

Yeah I know that... but some users got it working on a Pentium so yeah I was hoping I could do the same. anyways when I saw the 5mb I was getting my hopes up a little (failed horribly) I am installing High Sierra back now and won't be updating till the new WebDrivers are released or a workaround (with metal support) is found.

[HELP] Intel HD 630 Kaby Lake 5MB VRAM

Also Kaby Lake and UHD 630 are supposed to be natively supported (AppleIntelKBLFramebuffer.kext) from the latest release of MacOS High Sierra (iMac 18,2/3 and MacBookPro15,2) I do have a Nvidia 1050 but those graphics are not optimised for Mojave (WebDrivers) Anyways I've spend 5 days on trying to fix this its about time im giving up. I will be installing High Sierra and wait on Nvidia. Thanks for all the help!

[HELP] Intel HD 630 Kaby Lake 5MB VRAM

Hey! thanks for the reply, I messed up my clover by following someones guide for the intel630, I'm now booting to a black screen with random -v text popping up. taking a quality picture is impossible as my iPhone can't sharpen the camera in under 1 second... Maybe you have some ideas on how to fix this? Whatevergreen and Lilu Ain't fixing this, I tried.
  8. Hello! My Intel HD 630 isn’t functioning on MacOS Mojave (or High Sierra) It only shows 5MB of VRAM. Things i tried: Whatevergreen&Lilu Clover IntelGFX (Fake ID) Clover IG-Platform-ID (Need to use the one now or my Mac won’t boot) Clover Patches Boot args Setting the NVRAM myself (Clover) AppleIntelKBLFramebuffer.kext (Forced load by clover) FakeCPUID (tried many different ones) Other Clover settings: SMBIOS: iMac18,2 (Native HD 630 Support, can’t get it to work) My processor is a Intel Pentium G4620 Other Hardware: NVidia 1050 GTX (Not supported on Mojave, Workaround is not my favorite) If someone has any other idea whatsoever anything is welcome as I ran out of ideas and places for a answer (I’m the only one with the 5MB issue, others have 4 or 7MB)
  9. EDIT: MacOS Mojave 10.14 ONLY I didn’t test 10.14.1! The EFI folder is compatible with High Sierra. Guide to installing 10.14 Mojave on a ASUS X555L What Works: -WiFi -Sound -Graphics (Intel) What doesn't Work: -Bluetooth -NVidia Web Drivers -Battery Indicator Used Kexts: Picture Clover setup: Clover plist is downloadable in this topic. Let's start Step one: First get a USB with 8+ GB of storage and a MacOS Mojave 10.14 installer from the AppStore. Partition the USB in a GUID style and 2 partitions, one partition HFS+ and one partition FAT32. In the FAT32 partition put the EFI Folder there. On the HFS+ partition get the MacOS Mojave .app using this command: sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Mojave.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/USBNAME --applicationpath /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Mojave.app --nointeraction Lets install! Put the USB in a 3.0 port on the LEFT side of the Notebook. In the BIOS follow the default Hackintosh settings, do NOT forget to put Memory allocation to 64MB (Otherwise you won't boot) Boot into the Installer and install MacOS Mojave. Boot into MacOS. Now your Graphics are working but your WiFi and Sound are not! for the WiFi follow this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OxFsjhc-AuM Once rebooted WiFi is working! For sound get the VooDooHDA.kext and place it into /Library/Extensions Reboot once again and your sound is now working flawlessly! My EFI Folder is downloadable config.plist EFI.zip
