  5. [GUIDE] A fast and easy way to install Lion

Amazing, again. FYI my old mono P35 DS3L Q6600 Nvidia 9400GT everything works "out the box". I upgraded from 10.7 to 10.7.2 got a blank screen KP. Erased ,format partition, reinstalled fresh with Lion install disk 10.7.2 from App Store with this trust worthy script. Video supported natively, sound needs HDA wizard patched, iCloud works too. Thank you thank you.
  6. [Ask] Lion Server in Vmware. Anyone?

Can you point me to a link for a tutorial how to install Lion in virtualbox? Thanks Never mind, I see your post below
  7. I tried to upgrade Lion to Server edition from inside VMware. After removal of ServerVersion.plist from core Service folder, I was able to D/L then load up Server installation. However, near the end, where it tries to configure services, it just hang in there and unable to complete. I even left the "machine" over night, still no dice. Frustrated, I switched off the machine, upon reboot, it recognized the machine as a Server but no active services. Any clue? There must be a way
  8. first boot taking forever

Upgrade from 10.6.8 takes 5 minutes with blank screen ( scare me) for the first few boots then it's very quick afterward. Fresh install, first few boots also takes longer then again quick. I think Lion needs to build new cache.
  9. [GUIDE] A fast and easy way to install Lion

Thank you for the best and easiest script ever! It used to take me days and nights to install snow leopard properly. With this script took me 35 minutes including time to create the USB Boot! I used my dsdt.aml and my old kexts for extra folder. Sound works, Sleep woks. System very responsive as compared to SL. GA-35-DS3L GeForce 9400GT. Lion 10.7 GM
