    No, I won't add support for jumbo frames because:
    it's not worth the effort and I have no time to waste. the gain in throughput is minimal, if there is any gain at all. it will cause trouble if used inappropriately and increase the number of support requests. Mieze

    You can delete or change sspecific variable: "sudo nvram boot-args="kext-dev-mode=1" ". More on https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/documentation/Darwin/Reference/ManPages/man8/nvram.8.html

    Yes, because the NVDARequiredOS property in NVDAStartupWeb.kext is "15A".

    I just upgraded from 10.8 to 10.10.3 and noticed this issue.  When I followed the instructions provided by uniblack, the standby value never showed up.  Is 10.10.3 different or it because I have NullCPUPowerManagment.kext installed?  Would "sudo pmset -a hibernatemode 0" do the trick?
    My pmset output after doing "pmset -a standby 0":
    $ pmset -g live
    Active Profiles:
    AC Power -1*
    Currently in use:
     hibernatemode        3
     womp                 1
     networkoversleep     0
     sleep                0
     Sleep On Power Button 1
     ttyskeepawake        1
     hibernatefile        /var/vm/sleepimage
     disksleep            10
     displaysleep         0
