  1. Intel PRO/100 VE NIC

I installed OSx86 v10.5.8 via the iDeneb v1.6 10.5.8 Lite Edition disc. Everything works, except the built-in ethernet. I've tried all the guides in this thread with no luck. My computer is a Gateway MX8734 laptop, and yes, i'm a noob. I've been trying for years to get my Intel PRO/100 VE card working. If someone can lead me through the steps to get this card working on my system, I would be forever greatful.
  2. 1 of 2 Ways...

Hello. I currently have OS X 10.5.6 iDeneb 1.4 installed and running on my desktop. Here is my problem, I either need drivers for my current wireless card, or need to buy a new card. (1) Does anyone have driver or some sort of fix for the Netgear WG311v2 Wireless PCI Adapter? or (2) I'll buy a new card. Which card works the best with Leopard? Preferabbly be recognized by airport. Thanks!
  3. I used the mac.nub 10.4.10 disc to install. It took over 20 hours to install, however when it completed, and i went to boot, it said "Loading Darwin/x86" then it flashed the apple logo for a second, and then rebooted. How can i fix this? Thanks.
  4. Hello. I used the OSx86 10.4.9 Uphuck install disc. And it installed and booted pefectly. I only have two problems: (1) The Kext for my graphic card (NVIDIA GeForce 6200) loads and supports 1024x768, but when i move a window to like the side of my screen, or just moving it around, it gets all funny. like it get's disorted. i can send it to the dock, then bring it back up, and it's ok. but as soon as I move it around, it gets disorted. just the window being moved. (2) My two drives are not detected by OS X. I Have a Dell Dimension 2400. The default CD Drive doesn't work, and I added a NEC DVD+RW drive, which OS X doesn't detect. If someone could help me with these 2 issues, (the disc drives i'm more worried about) I would be truley grateful. I've been working for over a year to get a perfect install of OSx86 up and running. Thank you.
  5. Everything Works! Except for Apps...

    No i haven't... will try, thanks. P.S. i am running OS X 10.4.1
  6. I have a beautiful installation. It boots perfectly, audio works the 1 output and all 4 inputs! The display works too. There's only 1 problem, no 3rd party apps work. All the included apps work, like iPhoto and iTunes, but a game like Chuzzle, or anything else I download from the net, or even a mac game or app i buy at the apple store, won't launch. I click it, and it bounces once, then it sits and does nothing. Should I download another install disc? I don't care Tiger or Leopard, as long as it works. Or do I need some patch? Any help would be great! Thanks!
  7. i have an Intel Celeron M processor
  8. I downloaded the "Leo4All - 10.5.2" disk. It boots ok until i get to "Still waiting for root device". Can someone help? I think it might have something to do with the hard disk or disk drive connection? Or should i dl another disk? Thanks.
