  2. intel hd graphics cards success 10.8

ok, thanks for the info, I will do it the same way, like you did
  3. intel hd graphics cards success 10.8

it really looks very interesting, but unfortunately I couldn't emulate it on my setup. I think a lot of people would be very interested in full resolution on intel IG, so could you please give us more info. Was it build 11A511? your install process, if you made something during installation what could be important for IG etc. Because after I delete that kext I got only random reboot. After I switch to PCI GC I could boot without a problem, but not with IG. Thank for any information on this.

Hi, it sounds almost to good, I have played with GM one day, with no result only 1024x768 on my intel HD 3000 IG, so I gave up. I would really like to see screenshots from ATM.

wie meinst du es, es ist so langsam? Hast du cinebench gemacht?

great news, I hope it will work for me, because I could find only the silent type, without the fan, which is even beter, no noise It works ! So big thanks to you dransiksucks for the share, I'm really happy with no noise from the GPU Last question, what does it mean "graphicsenabler=yes" or let me correct the question, where can I make it on,or off. Excuse my ignorance on this, but I'm really a bloody beginner in this. I have resolution matching my monitor (1920x1080), I can switch the translucent bar on, or off and turning the widgets on, makes that funny wave effect. But in the about this mac, the chipset model is not recognized and no word about QE/Cl, so I gues, there has to be some work done. Or is it only cosmetics? So, can you explain it in some basic words /which I could understand :)/ ? Thanks for your answer, any suggestions would be much appreciated screenshots: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/7618130/GPU_01.tiff http://dl.dropbox.com/u/7618130/GPU_02.tiff

no offense against you dude, but you mis the point, which was, that the potential of the new chipset wasn't exploit, because Apple "like do a thing by halves", just check the bench.

I think, this is typical Apple, "1 step forward, 3 steps back". New graphics and chipset, real improvement, but than it goes only downside, no FW, glossy display only, CPU clock less than the old MB ..., so one couldn't be surprised, that the bench comparison of MB early 2008 and late 2008 ends, exactly how it ends - not very good for the late 2008 models
