  1. geiman, I could kiss you! It works great. No more kernel panics. Woo!
  2. SORRY! I should have posted this in the Leopard category! I forgot! Please move it there for me? iDeneb 1.3 (Mac OS 10.5.5) installed on a 80GB IDE Seagate Barracuda Using Chameleon EFI. Only boot flag is debug=0x144. Uses both cores and installed 4GB RAM. Panic only occurs when multiple apps are accessing the drive, especially when using VMWare Fusion 2. My motherboard is a MSI K9N4 Ultra-F (nForce 500 Ultra Chipset). Kernel is Voodoo release 9.5.0, and my CPU is an AMD Athlon X2 6000+. I have tried several different kexts and a couple different kernels, to no luck. I'm trying to convert completely out of Windows. Here is a rip of the panic screen, minus the top notification to give this to the dev team, and my MAC & IP addresses at the bottom. panic(cpu 1 caller 0x0042DE36): "getPhysicalSegment() out of 32b range 0x100036000, len 0x1000, class IOGeneralMemoryDescriptor "@/VoodooKernel/xnu-1228.7.58/iokit/Kernel/IOMemoryDescriptor.cpp:1473 Debugger called: <panic> Backtrace (CPU 1), Frame: Return Address (4 potential args on stack) 0x5a663ad8 : 0x12b88c (0x45bcf0 0x5a663b8c 0x133119 0x0) 0x5a663b28 : 0x42de36 (0x4a1430 0x36000 0x1 0x1000) 0x5a663be8 : 0x42b937 (0xb1f5980 0x0 0x5a663c2c 0x0) 0x5a663c48 : 0x5af48cce (0x6269c00 0x7530 0xf4240 0x5ada9486) 0x5a663cb8 : 0x5af4912b (0x6269c00 0x0 0x8247db2 0xa1) 0x5a663cd8 : 0x5af49198 (0x6269c00 0x7530 0xf4240 0x5ada9406) 0x5a663cf8 : 0x5ada8a17 (0x6269c00 0x7530 0x5a663d48 0x428d81) 0x5a663d18 : 0x5ada8371 (0x6269c00 0x62f3e00 0x0 0x0) 0x5a663d38 : 0x5ada8333 (0x6269c00 0x62f3e00 0x0 0x0) 0x5a663d68 : 0x423e01 (0x6269c00 0x62f3e00 0x5a663dec 0x0) 0x5a663db8 : 0x5ada82f4 (0x61d85c8 0x5ada8300 0x62f3e00 0x5a663dec) 0x5a663df8 : 0x5ada55f3 (0x6269c00 0x62c0180 0x62f3e00 0x5b32cb63) 0x5a663e28 : 0x5b332c8a (0x62c0180 0x62f3e00 0x663e68 0x13e39b) 0x5a663e68 : 0x5b32d120 (0x62f0500 0x6142318 0x1 0x5adac1d6) 0x5a663e88 : 0x5ada86d3 (0x62f3c00 0x0 0x0 0x5adabe7f) 0x5a663eb8 : 0x5ada8b3e (0x6269c00 0x0 0x5a663f38 0x505bd000) Backtrace continues...
