1. Nice to see another Hackintosh Happy user so to check if your MB is unlocked, I thking the easiest way: mv ~/Downloads/voltageshift ~/Desktop/ (if you have downloaded voltageshift in downloads folder, you will copy that folder to desktop) so then cd ~/Desktop/voltageshift/ sudo chmod -R 755 VoltageShift.kext sudo chown -R root:wheel ~/Desktop/voltageshift/VoltageShift.kext ./voltageshift read 0xe2 and the result should be something like RDMSR e2 returns value 0x7e000003 voila If someone have some other idea, I'm sure they will share .. Have a nice day!
2. I'm Sorry, I don't understeand "lose the jugements and personal attacks". - and I'm not sure but I think I don't know more details. Angry thread? It was't angy thread, it was perfect thread, ... Have a good night.
3. Now I understeand why normal people stoped to visit/use other forum.
4. I think this is it ... BTW: I simply fallowed KGP guide, Yes, before PC didn't want sleep after 2nd time but after last BIOS patch (shared by KGP if I remember well) (+correct BIOS settings) then (very important) PCI implementations, finally, all kind of Wake/sleep (auto or forced) works perfect, and the same thing with TB devices. Matt, have you TB3 in your PCI implementations (of course in your ....aml)? (and the rest of PCI devices too..?) You have the same MB like us, so it's should be easy as .....
5. I tested AppleUSBXHCI Find*[HEX]: 837d940f 0f839704 0000 Replace*[HEX]: 837d941a 90909090 9090 and it's a very nice suprise. - Works great Thanks a lot !
6. Don"t worry @Loloflat6 Yesterday it was my dream to finish it "some day".., most of implementations, correctly.. and wondering to have a great full beautiful PCi list like KGP Today after KGP post, few hours later (happy 'comme je sais pas quoi') I have almost final version which works great So again, HUGE Thank You for KGP!!! That was a great day -by You
7. Another, very nice place to exchange our X299 iMacPro experience and even with some friends from France and Poland (for others... I mentioned about that because I was born in PL and live in FR) and of cours 3rd friend KGP from Belgium, live in Germany... so we have almost half of Europe together Have a nice day!
8. Yes, of course, I don't know you PC specs but 960 evo works perfect with Windows and with OS X HighSierra of course BTW: In my opinion it's the best choice ever :-)
9. Maybe you will try my ssdt? PS: BTW Did you modified VoodooTSCSync? What is very very important too.. Right Mouse click on VoodooTSCSync.kext file - then click Show Packet Contents then /contents then you have to open info.plist with some text editor and find IOCPUNumber then change value on 19 if you have 7900X or 11 for 7800X Like that: <key>IOCPUNumber</key> <integer>19</integer> Save -and reboot *Did you tried iMac 17,1? maybe it will be better than 6,1? .. if you have still the same, so "low" performance We will see what we can do.... Have a nice day! VoodooTSCSync.kext.zip ssdt.aml.zip

Vega Frontier Edition on High Sierra

Hello, Now I'm sure, I have the same problem and system freezes like others with Vega cards in 80-89 percent all works great with all benchmarks LuxMark Geekbench etc but without Heaven Benchmark, Google Chrome, Opera, and even last time I had freeze with simple picture edit with building photo editor So... we have all wait ... for new drivers...
11. Tank you "Surfinchina" for advices and files ... I will try everything later It's great to have "any" version of older X99 cfg what I personally didn't do... so Thanks again. Quadro78: https://clover-wiki.zetam.org/configuration/gui
12. I don't think so... it's almost the same problem with ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI and others... This time I was thinking: I found some old topics and sometimes it was GPU problem So I rebuild my USB, new Clover, then new ##### config with Nvidia and.... - nothing then I tried without nvidia inject and always the same problem ..... I still try to find other versions of OsxAptioFix... but with last 4 downloaded -every time his the same effect. It could be nice if some Mackintosh Masters -come here and give us some advices because after 16h of tests my head is on fire
13. I found https://nickwoodhams.com/x99-hackintosh-osxaptiofixdrv-allocaterelocblock-error-update/ so ... delete all aptio... files 1st I tried with his: OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi --- starts to boot... 2 sec = BLACK screen and reboot 2nd option OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi and his Test2.efi = the same error like before (...0x12474 pages .....) then i tried ...free2000 with his old Test2016 file and still the same error.
14. Hi All I tried to install Sierra on my 7900x (mb: GIGABYTE AORUS ULTRA GAMING X299) like "surfinchina" but he share clover from High Sierra so we can"t use the same clover I was thinking it will be works because we have the same CPU and almost same MB without GPU § he have AMD and I have GTX 1070 Now I have the same problem like Quadro78: Result = 14 Freeing low memory (up to 0x20000000)... OsxAptioFixDrv: Starting overrides for \.IABootFiles\boot.efi Using reloc block no, hibernate wake no Error allocating 0x12475 pages at 0x000000001b2b0000 alloc type 2 Couldn't allocate runtime area Boot failed, sleeping for 10 seconds before exiting. (I think, we have the same Clover with quadro - downloaded few posts ago "surfinchina" - Do you have your old Clover copy from Soerra install -before High Sierra? or some ideas for us? - I tried everything whole day and I have absolutely no idea what I do wrong ... Thank you for sharing any info/ideas, tips...
