  1. Perfect for me, it works Did a fresh install of mavericks so all sound drivers were back to stock, then installed the latest voodooHDA http://www.osx86.net/files/file/1194-voodoohda-2-8-4-pkg-installer/ Stereo sound only, and input isn't working, but I don't use that so it does not matter for me.
  2. Sorted. Did a fresh install of mavericks so all sound drivers were back to stock, the installed the latest voodooHDA http://www.osx86.net/files/file/1194-voodoohda-2-8-4-pkg-installer/
  3. I've tried every combination that seems to have been discussed on these forums. Hopefully in time we'll get there, there seem to be a few struggling.
  4. I've tried this, it did not work for me. I may have gotten a bit lost following the instructions in the related forum post. I believe you need to do some DSDT magic, which I am a bit of a noob at and not really sure on what to do, even after folowing the info in the post. I was hoping for a straight forward kext install. Have you had this working?
  5. Hoping somebody can help me here. I've tried everything on these forums but I can not get any of the suggestions to work. Motherboard: Asus P5Q-E Audio Device: AD2000B OS: Mac OS X Mavericks 10.9 (Final release version) Any help is greatly appreciated.
  6. Did not work for me.. I'm all in a mess with my audio kexts now.. OOPS, i think I'd best reinstall before I try anything else. Hope someone has a fix for this soon.
  7. Have not had chance to try that I'm a little bit green on DSDT as I have never had to use it before, I've always used myhack, and added the required kext files after initial install. Is it easy to use DSDT? What is the best tool to do it? Can I break my install?
  8. I have a P5Q-E The 2 packages included work great for networking and shutdown etc. Does anybody happen to have the drivers for the AD2000B Onboard sound working in Mavericks? If so, how?
  9. [10.9 - Installation Troubleshooting]

Success using MyHack on Asus P5Q-E All working using various drivers available on here apart from sound. I cant seem to find working kexts for the AD2000B onboard sound. But other than that its flying. If anybody has any working drivers let me know.
  10. Strugglin with Nvidia 9800GT 512mb

Yes that was set.. I sorted it, must have had a few left over kexts from previous attempts.. I did a clean install and used the files i had backed up for snow leopard. All working very nice indeed now.
  11. I have successfully installed Lion. I am however struggling with the drivers for my 9800gt which works great in snow leopard. Is there an easy way to take and use the drivers from my snow leopard install and use them on Lion or does anybody know of a working driver pack. I've tried about 5 or 6 different driver sets. Any help is greatly appreciated.
  12. Snow OSX 86 3.6 Software update to 10.6.5 Had to reinstall sound and networks kexts.. Other than that no problems. Asus P5Q-E Intel Q6600 4gb pc8500 1066 ram Geforce 8800gts 512mb 1tb Samsung HD (windows games etc) 500gb Samsung HD (hackintosh) 500gb Seagate External (videos etc) 250gb Software installer backups
  13. Sorry for the delay.. Thanks for the help.. it's working like a charm.. ok.. I didnt install any of the nvidia drivers that came with leo4allv3. I first downloaded and installed agpgart1.2.pkg then restarted.. I then downloaded and installed NVinstallerV.41.pkg selecting the "latest kexts and framework" and "Nvinject 256mb Vanilla" then restarted.. Lo and behold I have a fully working AGP 6800gt with full accelleration.. Superb.. Thanks for the help guys..
  14. I installed leo4all, selected all the relevant drivers/patches, but for the life of me I cannot get it to work with the nvidia drivers intact.. It's a bit of a pain cos everything else runs perfect.. My specs.. Asus k8v-mx athlon 64 3400 (socket 754) AGP Nvidia 6800gt 256meg 2gb ram Onboard ac'97 sound Onboard viarhine network (100mb) everything works fine when i remove the nvidia drivers, but it only allows 1024x768 with no accelleration.. Would be great if I could get it to work Any help is appreciated..
