Asus S451L Vivobook - Boot Problem

Booting with your flags result in same error as before. I used this pre-patched kernel: https://www.hackintosh.zone/get-files/file/543-xpcm-free-patched-kernel-for-os-x-yosemite-1010-10101/

Asus S451L Vivobook - Boot Problem

Ok. I've Managed to Create a bootable usb Stick on a Friends Mac with #####. I replaced the Kernel on the stick with a Patched One - without it my laptop is rebooting early (Haswell Problem). I'm able to get to apple install loading screen (that one with the progress Bar), but no Further. Verbose Mode last Lines: http://fs1.directupload.net/images/150227/qpbmrmgz.jpg Tried to boot with -x -v GraphicsEnabler:yes/no -s npci=0x2000/3000 in Different variations Hope you can help me with that

Asus S451L Vivobook - Boot Problem

I've Chosen the clover uefi bootloader as the BIOS Supports uefi. Volume is Formatted in Mac journaled and the Partition uses guid. With mbr install fails. Now it installs with Chameleon bootloader for a try.

Same problem, same error. Tried to boot with usb plugged in usb 2.0 & usb 3.0, both ends up in same screen.
7. Hi, I've installed Yosemite via YosemiteZone on my device. When booting into OSX I see the apple Logo for a few seconds, then the screen turns black and laptop reboots. -v gave this: http://fs1.directupload.net/images/150225/yg4py6v8.jpg Specs : - CPU Intel Core i5 (4th Gen) 4200U / 1.6 GHz - 8 GB DDR3L SDRAM - Intel HD Graphics 4400 - Intel Wifi (I know it won't work) What's wrong?

no problem^^ but the graphics still doesn't work for me, getting errors that the kext executable (or something like that, don't remember atm) can not be loaded... I'll add a screenshot tomorrow, maybe it's easier to fix than I think

I know what went wrong, forgot to copy the packages folder After the restoration, open the restored partition, navigate to System/Installation, delete the Packages link and create a folder with the same name, Packages. Open Terminal and run the command: open /Volumes/Mac\ OS\ X\ Install\ ESD/Packages Copy the files to the Packages folder created previously.

Actually that's the way I tried it, booting with the USB stick - the bootloader starts, I select the prepared USB which boots as it should. From there on I can format the HDD with diskutil. But when I select "Install new Lion" in the last step I get the error.

Guide's working for me so far but I'm not able to install Lion with the prepared USB Stick, getting this error: "This copy of the Install Mac OS X Lion application is damaged..." Followed your guide exactly, all files were at the right place - tried it twice now using the original 10.7 release from appstore. EDIT: Ignore the specs in my sig, not trying to install on that pc with the guide

13. Hey, trying to install on a Gigabyte P35-DS3 mobo but when I start the machine from USB Stick (creating USB was no problem) the system restarts before entering the setup of lion. I attached a picture of the last messages shown. No other error messages or panics, just a restart. So I'm not able to enter the regular install process. Any suggestions please?
