  1. Rewrite it in Flex for Adobe AIR so you can maintain a single cross-platform codebase.
  2. Try launching Safari on the simulator before you run your app. That worked for me with the seismic indicator demo app. Craig

    I haven't tried it in the new beta yet (and I don't have access to a Mac at the moment) but in the first beta rotating had no effect unless the foreground app supported it. Test it with Safari to see if it's working.

    Doesn't libxml (which is included with the iPhone SDK) have an HTML parser? Craig

    You may want to do some reading yourself...the Simulator's rotate feature is accessible through the Hardware menu.
