  1. Well you need to use the fdisk in the precompile folder. I added a new comment where you can download the sources and precompile. It's the original chameleon source with some light modification. I suggest to install it to your diskXs2, and your extra folder on the lion partition. I know almost nothing about AMD so I can't help you with that.
  2. Remove platformsupport.plist from /System/Library/CoreServices. It'll boot after doing that, you can remove it using another booting system like snow or windows.
  3. Thanx mate, you're the hero of my day. Got my data back with your tip. Have a nice day bro
  4. Edit the smbios.plist in your /Extra directory, the folder can be hidden
  5. This kext works: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?drmoyemx30m Put it in the /Extra folder, remove all mkext files, remove the id from all other kexts, and you'll enjoy osx!
  6. The AppleVIAATAx64 gives me a kernel panic, I can only use the 32 bits one.
  7. All these device ID's are already included in SuperVIAATA
  8. Have you already tried to config it as IDE or AHCI?? Try playing around with it. Try also booting with -f
  9. This one has platform name support (in Systemprofile), and has much bugfixes, specially for snow
  10. No, the x32 version has the same, like AppleVIAATA. I updated the kext, so you don't have the loop.
  11. @ale´┐Ż I did it! I ported AppleNForceATA for Snow Leopard! Download here (source included): SuperNForceATA.zip It SHOULD work, I can't test it, I don't have the chipset. Should work with more than 4gb RAM. Credits: Based on AppleNForceATA by MeDevil, patched by AnV to work with +4GB RAM See these topics: http://www.insanelym...showtopic=77071 http://www.insanelym...howtopic=159735
  12. I modified AppleVIAATA for Snow Leopard, with controller name Support. Build in Snow Leopard in x86_64 and with the newest compiler. Supports 965 chipsets, and a lot more!! If you're still in Leopard, because AppleVIAATA isn't for Leopard, this one works for you! You can add your own ID's in the info.plist. Only Supports Snow Leopard, and you can have the max RAM!! 13. How to install Chameleon manually (v 2 and v 1)

Don't copy and paste!! Just type line by line, and instead of typing cd <, type cd , and drag the i386 folder to the terminal, en type enter.
  14. How to install Chameleon manually (v 2 and v 1)

Extract is somewhere, and use CD to get there, CD is a command, and not the 'CD-Drive'. Do this: 1. Extract the stuff 2. Determine which drive it is, using diskutil list 2. Type in the terminal 'cd ' < - Space after CD 3. Drag the i386 folder from chameleon 2 to the terminal window 4. Press enter 5. execute step 6 and later
