    Thank you! This works on my no-name USB WiFi dongle with RTL8187 chipset. Previously had the annoying "copyPrimaryAirPortInterface::ACInterfaceDeviceNameCopy returned NULL" errors in the console but this fixed it.

    I can confirm rayap's alternate patch (from post #340) is working in Lion GM on G31M-ES2C rev 1.x. Thanks rayap.
