    Asus X556UA Issues

What doesn't work: Keyboard, Touchpad (Elan, kext included) VoodooPS2Controller.kext does work for the keyboard, but not for the touchpad. Sound doesn't work at all for now, I haven't test it much yet. Graphic shows right amount of ram, but it doesn't recognize the model. Battery, Riker-Alpha aborts. ssdtPRGen.sh v0.9 Copyright (c) 2011-2012 by † RevoGirl v6.6 Copyright (c) 2013 by † Jeroen v15.6 Copyright (c) 2013-2017 by Pike R. 2. Core I5 6200U So far everything is working fine except: 1. The graphic card (Intel HD 520) only reported 4MB, I need quite a lot more. I've used the config file from rehabman. 2. I still can't get the battery indicator working. ACPIBatteryManager.kext from rehabman and NullCPUPowerManagement.kext (don't recall from where) shows me when I plugged or unplugged, but no percentage. 3. this one I haven't researched yet to be honest, but according linux my wireless card is QCA9377 by Qualcomm, is one supported? (ethernet works great) Thank You and have a nice passover! I'm using Clover USB to boot, I haven't installed Clover on SDD yet until I can at least solve the battery and graphic problem.
  3. I know the basics of hackintoshing, the issue with that laptop is that it have dedicated GPU (Nvidia 920MX) Now, I don't want to use intel's GPUs only the dedicated GPU. Is that possible? Ok, other option came into mind, is it possible to make the two work together but use the Nvidia only when external monitor is connected?
