Mojave : Nvidia web driver petition

https://devtalk.nvidia.com/default/topic/1042520/driver/-when-will-the-nvidia-web-drivers-be-released-for-macos-mojave-10-14-/57 This looks like good news though:

AMD Mojave Kernel Development and Testing

Your Kext folder is a total mess. 1. NvidiaGraphicsFixup is an ancient version of Whatevergreen 2. Why do you have so many network drivers (Athereos*, Realtek*, SmallTreeIntel*, nForceLAN)?!? Delete them and only install the one you need 3. You need to chose between Voodoo and AppleALC. AppleALC is much better, but won't work with AppleHDADisabler 4. Why do you have all the ATA kexts?? Probably more things are totally wrong. Less is more when it comes to kexts, more kexts just create problems.

    VirtualSMC — SMC Emulator

I'm a bit confused - what does the SMC Dumps do in practise and what is the consequences of running VirtualSMC with a missing SMC dump? For example - I've set my Hack up as a iMac18,2 (which hasn't been added to VirtualSMC yet). What is the difference between running VirtualSMC without a compatible SMC dump or with a compatible dump?
  4. Thanks for this driver, works great. I noticed that the last version added support for Jumbo Frames. Realistically, is there any tangible advantage to enabling it for a simple home network?
  5. Thanks for this driver, it works fantastic. Great speeds and I've never had any net stability issues at all
  6. Has anyone been able to use their real macOS Dual Boot Partition as the disk in VMWare, so they can access their macOS Hackintosh installation from Windows? (like how I can use virtualize my real Windows installation on MacOS)
  7. Sure. I just mean - does the SMBIOS just impact the CPU or does it also change things with the motherboard etc? It feels weird to change to a laptop profile for my desktop.
  8. Are there disadvantages of moving from iMac 17,1 to MBP 13,1 in SMBIOS? I have a desktop Kaby Lake i5-7600k build that uses a SSDT from ssdtPRGen. Or should I change it and activate this?

    AppleHDA for Realtek ALC1220 - 10.12.3 -

This works great, however not for HDMI audio.

    Realtek ALC1220 support

No, Mirone has tried a lot, but it seems to be really hard. :/ Thankfully I got sound totally working with VoodoHDA

    AppleHDA for Realtek ALC1220 - 10.12.3 -

Hm, weird. I've injected layout id 7 in Clover and installed the kext, but I still have no audio devices.

    AppleHDA for Realtek ALC1220 - 10.12.3 -

I'm confused, how do I apply this? I've decompiled all my DSDT/SSDT files using ("iasl -da -dl *.aml" in Terminal), but when I copy the patch text into the Patch window in MaciASL I just get "2 Patches, 0 Changes, 0 Rejects".
