  1. patching OpenGL.framework doesn't work too. I'm using Voodoo kernel, but I've heard in some situations it doesn't do patching on the fly ...
  2. I think that's a question for Netkas or LastExile ... How can I contact them? IRC only?
  3. Does anybody have an idea or at least know what the log is saying. Is this normal: "ATY_Init: Quiting for card 0x9588" ?
  4. I installed my MSI HD 2600 XT 512 MB PCIe in 10.5.6 with these kext pkg: ATI Radeon HD pkg installers 10.5.x (Current 10.5.6) Then I replaced Natit.kext with newest ATY_init.kext from here: http://netkas.org/?p=116 But it doesn't matter if i use natit alone, ATY_init alone or both at the same time. Everytime I start I get this blue screen, which I bypass with a screen saver activation corner and no log in screen. After touching the mouse everything else works fine: The interesting thing is when I use newest Natit.kext in System Profiler it shows ATY,Megalodon. With ATY_init.kext instead of Natit.kext it shows ATY,Lamna - no matter if I use 10.5.6 or 10.5.7 kexts Here is what ATY_init has to say on start up in system.log: Dec 28 00:05:58 localhost kernel[0]: ATY_Init: Card 0x9588 was posted Dec 28 00:05:58 localhost kernel[0]: ATY_Init: Card was posted, reading rom from legacy address Dec 28 00:05:58 localhost kernel[0]: ATY_Init: Quiting for card 0x9588 I've googled and search for days and also tried to get it working using a dsdt.aml, but Koalalas DSDT patcher doesn't work. I can't get any file out of it - full of error messages ... Help would be appreciated. I've read a lot about this blue screen issues also with other graphic cards ... What could be the reason for that?
  5. Blue Screen - 10.5.2 - Radeon HD 2600 XT ...

Have found this on Netkas Natit Thread:
  6. Blue Screen - 10.5.2 - Radeon HD 2600 XT ...

Could this be something between ACPI and the Graphics Interface?
  7. I have a weird issue after installing Zephy's 10.5.2 on the following system: -MSI RX2600XT T2D512EZ/D3 (DDR3 512MB) - Radeon HD 2600 XT -Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe -AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ installed LeoGraphicsUpdate 1.0 and only added the newest Natit.kext (netkas.org) and the newest ToH 9.2.0 kernel with fixed shutdown (NO SPEEDSTEP) After booting (normal or -x (Safe Boot)) i see a blue screen with mouse pointer. When i press the power-off/on button I can see my desktop for 1 second and it switches to suspend. And after pressing power the second time it comes back to normal mode and everything (QE/CI/resolution / Card Information) is fine. Does anybody has a similar problem or could somebody help please?
