  1. Hacked PS/2 Driver :)

just tried this for my Microsoft Natural Ergonomic keyboard with no luck Any ideas? There's only SO long I can stand using my graphics tablet'shand writing recognition before it kills me!
  2. Hey guys - I've got the 10.4.9 Uphuck edition installed on my machine and am trying to install iWork '08 and iLife '08 I've installed the PascalW update but it just failed to boot (didn't appear to be a Kext so didn't know what to do) I've since used PCWiz's graphic Kernel Installer to update manually to PascalW's AMD kernel and it's working fine but it's still reading as 10.4.9 I've considdered using the JSN1 System Changer program but would rather have a proper install of 10.4.10 - any ideas? Thanks AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ Foxconn (nForce 4) 1.5GB RAM ATA Hard Disk
  3. Hang at "started cpu 01"

Interestingly, I tried again with the ACPI, Login Window and Verbose Mode patches and it worked fine Now how do I upgrade to 10.4.10...?
  4. PCWiz OS X Kernel Installer

Hey guys. I'm new to OSX86, though am a fairly advanced computer user and I was just wondering if someone could answer a quick query for me? I've got Uphuck 10.4.9 on my AMD system but I wanted to run iWork and iLife '08 and I need 10.4.10 for it. I got Zephyroth 10.5.2 working but it was painfully slow for some reason so rolled back intending to update to 10.4.10 or 10.4.11. Trouble is that after running the PascalW Delta, my system just crashes. I was thinking of using this to install PascalW's manual update Kernel but wasn't sure if this would work or not (would I need other Kext's etc). Final thought: The install guide I used went in to detail on how to restore things through the terminal if it went wrong by rolling back to previous Kext's but when I booted with –v, it didn't appear to be a Kext causing the problems Any advice would be massively appreciated! AMD Athlon X2 x64 4200+ (SSE3) Foxconn NF4 Motherboard 1.5gb RAM ATA Hard Disc Update: Just used it to install new Kernel (working) but still reporting as 10.4.9 - what else do I do to get to 10.4.10?! Should I just use the JSN1 System Version Changer to trick it? Thanks
  5. Hang at "started cpu 01"

Hi, I've been having the same problem with the Uphuck 1.3 on my system, too Checked the MBR and it was set right, renamed the partition as Tiger (as I've seen that Leopards sometimes need a partition named Leopard) and installed with the Universal and the 2 patches you mentioned by I always hang at Started CPU 01 UNLESS I try the cpus=1 flag, then it only gets to the line before that. Going to try and get a 10.5 installer (either patched or get it patched for AMD) and see if I have any luck (not hopeful...) Any other advise? Thanks
