  1. Clover General discussion

4289 is booting in verbose mode rather than with the Apple logo/progress bar - is this a change or do I need to set something? Cheers!
  2. Clover General discussion

I tested v3, solves CMOS reset for me too. Thanks!
  3. Clover General discussion

CMOS reset error is still there for me in 3998; I rolled back to 3994 with Sherlocks fix which works.
  4. Clover General discussion

That seems to fix the CMOS error, thanks!
  5. Clover General discussion

Yep, I'm having the same issue with 10.12.3 and legacy system.
  6. Clover General discussion

3411 installed and working great now, thanks!

Just ran it - looks like it added one new line - 13:364 0:003 ::pointers DFB8D000 DFB0E000 debug.log.txt

I haven't added or deleted anything. This system works perfectly when I reinstall 3368.

    Here's what I have: Konata:~ neko$ ls -l /Volumes/EFI/EFI/CLOVER/drivers64 total 51 -rwxrwxrwx 1 neko staff 18816 Mar 30 07:46 FSInject-64.efi -rwxrwxrwx 1 neko staff 6976 Mar 30 07:46 UsbMouseDxe-64.efi debug.log.txt preboot.log.txt

Well it very well could be processor related. i7-980X is based on the Westmere micro-architecture, and alexanderq seems to have a i3-540 which is also Westmere micro-architecture. Might just be coincidence though.

According to the documentation that's for Haswell CPUs - I have a 980X (Gulftown).
  12. Clover General discussion

Yep, exactly what I'm seeing as well.

Tried to install 3388/3389 from Sourceforge. For some reason Clover freezes at blank (black) screen once it tries to boot Mac OS X 10.11.4 partition - I don't even get verbose boot output at all, doesn't even seem to be trying to boot anything. Reinstalling 3368 boots perfectly. Is there some change or update I need to make in my configuration between 3368 to 3388 to prevent this? I have a legacy BIOS system X58 chipset, X980 CPU. To be clear, the Clover GUI is coming up just fine in 3388/3389, just after it goes to boot Mac OS X from that point it freezes on a black screen.
  14. I'm using a 680 myself, but am experiencing the same Safari crashes after the update. I switched over to OS X Default Driver in NVIDIA Driver Manager for now; crashes are gone.
  15. [GUIDE] USB Fix El Capitan 10.11

That's the method I'm currently using on Yosemite for my NEC/Renesas (Device ID: 0194) built into my Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD5 and it works perfectly. I'm kind of hoping someone figures out how to Clover patch the newer extension the same way before installing El Capitan.
