After I've reached the white Apple screen with the spinning cog, it tells me: You need to restart your computer. Hold down the Power button for several seconds or press the Restart button. Help?

Hi, I'm a huge OSX86 noob, and was wondering if I could run this version on: eVGA nVidia 680i SLI Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 @ 2.4GHz eVGA nVidia GeForce 8800 GTS 320MB 4GB/DDR2 Dual Channel RAM 160GB SATA HD (P.S. I know there are issues with the nVidia motherboards and SATA compatibility, so I also have a 15GB IDE HD I can use too. Thanks!)
