  4. ATI Radeon HD pkg installers 10.5.x & 10.6

Aaaaatention guys! :-) I have great news for HD 2400 Pro/XT users (and may be for some others) Just got PCI-E HD 2400 Pro 256Mb on 10.5.5 (9.5 vanilla kernel) with resolution and QE/CI Here is solution in steps: We need 1. this kexts (from 1st page of this topic) 2. Kext helper (u already have it i think) 3. Plist editor (u have it, or goooogle it ) At first install kexts, reboot and get working resolution, but without QE/CI. 2nd. Here the trick: go to the /system/library/extentions and find there ATIRadeonX2000.kext (!!!) and dont change right that file, copy it on desktop (or somewhere else) and open copy (show package contents), find "Info.plist" and open it with plist editor. Find string with "IOPCIMatch", put there your id dev 0x94c31002 (thats 2400 pro id), save it. Now, install this kext with Kext helper. Reboot. here is QE/CI
